Gehäuse auf K abel schieben.
Slide the body over th e cable.
Kabelmantel c a. 60 mm absetzen.
Strip the outer sheath ap prox. 60 mm.
Schirmge flecht zurückschi eben.
Push back the copper braid.
Schirmge flecht über den Kabelmante l ziehen.
Pull back the copper b raid.
Schirmge flecht mit Isolierband fi xieren.
Fix the copper braid with ta pe.
Bündelver seilung aufdrehen.
Untwist the pair s.
Kabelmantel 10 mm län gs einschneiden.
Cut the outer sheath 10mm leng thwise.
Ein Adernpaar n ach außen drücken.
Seperate one pair f rom the rest.
Adernpaar im K abelmantel kreuzen (nachfo lgende
Abbildunge n beachten).
Cross pairs inside the she ath (see following fig.).
Auskreuzen der Kabelenden: Kat. 6A (aqua), Kat. 7 (weiß).
Cross cable ends: Cat. 6A (aqua), Cat. 7 (white).
Auskreuzen der Kabelenden: Cross connect Kat. 7 (rot).
Cross cable ends: Crossconnect Cat. 7 (red).
Folienschi rm bis auf 5 mm entfernen.
Strip the foils down to 5 mm.
Paarvers eilung öffnen und gl ätten.
Untwist the pair s and pull them straight.
Adernpaare g emäß Farbzuordn ung mit Folieschirm
zudrehen.
Sort the conduc tors as per colour mapping and t wist braid
around each pai r.

Wire Manager z um Kabelmantel schieben.
Pull the wire manage r back to the outer sheath.
Adern in den Wir e Manager einlegen.
Insert and push the con ductors into the wire manager.
Adern bündig absc hneiden.
Conductors have to be cu t flush.

Wire Manager in das Ge häuse schieben…
Push the wire manager into th e housing…
… und komplet t einführen.
… and insert compl etely.
Kontaktb lock in das Gehäuse einset zen.
Insert the contact b lock into the housing.
Die Verpresshil fe auf Kontaktbloc k setzen.
Put black fit-upaid o n the contact block.
Zange auf 3 mm ein stellen.
Adjust the assembly to ol at 3 mm.
Kabelste cker mit Hilfe der Zange ver pressen.
Press the cable plug tog ether by using the assembly tool.
Kabelbind er festziehen und ab schneiden.
Fix the cable tie and cut i t.
Verpresshilf e entfernen und Buchsenm odul aufstecken.
Remove black fit-up aid and connect the socket mod ule.
