2. Remove mixing bowl with prepared food anti-clockwise.
Note: During kneading, some flour may be adhered on the inside of the mixing bowl, remove the bowl cover, and scrape the flour on the inside wall of bowl by using a spatula (not included) to obtain the best results. Ensure the mixer speed is in the OFF position when this is done.
When mixing food such as butter with egg or flour, pieces of vegetables and fruits, use the paddle beater attachment.
When mixing liquid foods such as eggs, milk, water etc. use the wire whisk attachment. To whisk eggs, the suggested maximum amounts of eggs are 14 x regular size eggs. The suggested minimum amounts of eggs are 3 x regular size eggs.
Caution: Before pressing down the release button (namely before lifting the head of mixer), make sure the paddle beater or wire whisk or dough hook rest on the 2 sides of the head of mixer , otherwise, when lifting the head of mixer, the paddle beater or wire whisk or dough hook will intervene the mixing bowl; if the paddle beater or wire whisk or dough hook is resting on the front of the head of mixer, turn on the speed selector again, let the mixer to rotate for a few seconds, then turn off the speed selector to stop the paddle beater or wire whisk or dough hook on the side of the head of the mixer.
TIPS:
1. For the best mixing results, cold ingredients such as eggs, milk and butter should be at room temperature.
2. To eliminate the possibility of shells or expired eggs being used in your recipe, break eggs into a separate container before adding them to the mixture.
3. Do not over beat your ingredients; mix/blend until recommended in your recipe. Fold dry ingredients until just combined. Using lower speeds allow the user more control.
4. Always start mixing at a lower speed and gradually increase to a higher speed if required.
