When the air fi lter is to be removed, do not touch the metal parts of the unit
• It may be hot and cause injury
When the unit is to be cleaned, switch power off and turn off the circuit breaker
• Do not clean unit when power is on as it may cause a fi re and an electric shock as well as infl icting personal injury
Stop operation and close the window during a storm or severe winds
• Operating with windows open may cause water damage to internal structure and household items
Do not use strong detergent for cleaning. Use a soft cloth.
• Appearance may deteriorate due to change of product colour or scratching of surface
Do not place heavy objects on the power cord and take care so that the cord is not compressed
• May result in fi re or electric shock
Do not clean the air conditioner with water
• Water may enter the unit and degrade the insulation. It may also cause an electric shock.
Do not put a pet or house plant where it will be exposed to direct air fl ow

Ensure that the installation bracket of the outdoor appliance is not damaged due to prolonged exposure to the elements
• If bracket is damaged, the unit may be in danger of falling down
Use caution when unpacking and installing. Sharp edges could cause injury.
Ventilate the room well when used in conjunction with a stove, etc.
• An oxygen shortage could result in breathing diffi culties
Do not use this air conditioner to preserve
precision devices, food, pets, plants and art objects
• It may actually damage or harm these items
Turn off the main power switch when not using the unit for a long time
• It may cause product failure or start a fi re
Always insert the fi lters securely. Clean fi lter once every two weeks.
• Operating without fi lters may result in unit failure
If water enters the unit, turn the unit off and disconnect the power. Contact a qualifi ed service technician.
