Owner’s manual

Thank you for purchasing the iPhone 4, iBatteryCase. The iBatteryCase case oers the convenience of an
external battery built into the full protection of a hard case. You can use it as a case all the time and enjoy
the convenience of extra battery power when you need it.

Included in the package you have purchased:
iBatteryCase, USB charging / Sync cable and User manual

Charging your iBatteryCase

Note: Prior to initial use, fully charge your iBatteryCase before connecting to your iPhone.

You can charge the iBatteryCase case with the Micro USB to USB cable included with the case. Just plug the Micro
USB into the case, and the other ends USB into a computer USB port or into a wall plug style adapter that has a
USB output.

The LED status indicators show the current charging status of the case. The LED’s will blink and become steady as
the case charges, from right to left the 1st LED , 2nd LED, 3rd LED and nally the 4th LED. Once the 4th LED has
become steady, the charging process has nished.

With the iBatteryCase connected to the iPhone charging is as follows.
First the iPhone will receive about 2.5 hrs of charge and then the iBatteryCase begins to charge.

On/Off Button

With the built in “ON / OFF” button you have the option of
using the iBatteryCase when you need it. When you need
an extra charge in your phone, just push the button and
hold for two seconds to turn “ON” and the iPhone case will
proceed to charge your main battery. When you are ready
to turn it “OFF,” just hold the button again for two seconds
and the iBatteryCase will shut “OFF.”

Installing your iPhone into the iBatteryCase

Slide your iPhone facing you into the iBatteryCase from
the top making sure the 30 pin connector and the
bottom of the iPhone line up and connect correctly.
Then take the top cover aligning it into the channels of
the lower case, slide down until it sets rmly into the
bottom half of the case. Once connected you can push
the “ON / OFF” button located on the back of the case
once to turn it “ON.” You should now see the charge
indicator icon appear on your iPhone.

Battery Consumption

Your iBatteryCase will always drain rst until its power is 5%, and then your iPhone switches to its main battery.

Checking remaining capacity of the case

The integrated LED status indicator tells you exactly how much battery power is
left in your case. Simply press the “ON / OFF” button. The 1st LED will indicate
20% or less charge remaining, the 2nd LED will indicate between 40 – 60%
charge remaining and the 3rd LED will indicate 60 -80% charge remaining, and
the 4th LED will indicate 80-100% charge remaining.

Enjoy the convenience of syncing your iPhone without ever removing the case.
Using the supplied cable, you can charge and sync your iPhone to iTunes
without ever removing it. Just plug the Micro USB cable into the case and the
other end into your computer’s USB slot.

Mode d'emploi

Merci d'avoir acheté le bloc-pile intelligent pour iPhone 4. Le bloc-pile intelligent ore la commodité
d'une pile externe avec toute la protection d'un boîtier rigide. Vous pouvez l'utiliser comme bloc-pile en
tout temps et proter de la puissance d'une pile externe quand vous en avez besoin.

Charge du bloc-pile intelligent

Remarque : chargez le bloc-pile intelligent complètement avant de l'utiliser pour la première fois et de le
brancher au iPhone.

Vous pouvez charger le bloc-pile intelligent à l'aide du câble micro USB - USB fourni. Il sut de brancher la che
micro USB dans le bloc-pile et l'autre extrémité dans le port USB d'un ordinateur ou dans la che USB d'un
adaptateur mural.

Les DEL d'état indiquent le niveau de charge du boîtier. Les DEL clignoteront et demeureront allumées en
fonction de la progression de la recharge, en commençant par la première à droite jusqu'à la quatrième à
gauche. La recharge est complète lorsque la quatrième reste allumée.

Lorsque le bloc-pile intelligent est branché au iPhone, la recharge se déroule ainsi :

Le iPhone est d'abord rechargé pendant environ 2,5 heures et le bloc-pile intelligent est rechargé par la suite.

Bouton marche/arrêt

Le bouton marche/arrêt intégré vous permet d'utiliser le
bloc-pile intelligent lorsque vous en avez besoin. Lorsque le
téléphone a besoin d'une charge supplémentaire, appuyez
sur le bouton ON (marche) pendant deux secondes et le
bloc-pile pour iPhone rechargera la pile principale. Lorsque
vous désirez l'arrêter, enfoncez le bouton pendant deux
secondes et le bloc-pile intelligent s'éteindra.

Installation du iPhone dans le bloc-pile intelligent

Tenez le iPhone face à vous et faites-le glisser dans le
bloc-pile intelligent depuis le haut en vous assurant que le
connecteur à 30 broches et le bas du iPhone sont alignés et
sont branchés correctement. Ensuite, alignez le couvercle du
dessus dans les rainures inférieures du bloc-pile et faites-le
glisser vers le bas jusqu'à ce qu'il soit xé solidement à la
moitié inférieure du bloc-pile. Lorsque le bloc-pile est
branché, appuyez une fois sur le bouton marche/arrêt situé
à l'arrière pour le mettre en marche. Vous devr iez
maintenant voir le symbole de charge sur le iPhone.

Consommation énergétique

Le bloc-pile intelligent fournira toujours l'énergie nécessaire en premier et jusqu'à ce qu'il ne contienne que
5 % de sa puissance; ensuite, le iPhone utilisera sa propre pile.

Vérification de la puissance restante du bloc-pile

Les DEL d'état intégrées indiquent exactement la puissance restante dans le
bloc-pile. Appuyez simplement sur le bouton marche/arrêt. La première DEL
indique une puissance restante de 20 % ou moins; la deuxième DEL indique une
puissance restante entre 40 et 60 %, la troisième DEL indique une puissance
restante entre 60 et 80 % et la quatrième DEL indique une puissance restante
entre 80 et 100 % de la capacité.

Synchronisation

Protez de la commodité de la synchronisation du iPhone sans jamais enlever
le bloc-pile. Vous pouvez utiliser le câble fourni pour charger et synchroniser le
iPhone à iTunes sans jamais l'enlever. Il sut de brancher le câble micro USB au
bloc-pile et l'autre extrémité à un port USB d'un ordinateur.
