License
Bluesound International, a division of Lenbrook Industries Limited (“Bluesound”), furnishes
this Bluesound Software [defi ned to include the software embedded in your Bluesound
product (as updated from time to time) and any desktop or handheld application portions of the
software] and accompanying documentation, and licenses their use to you as provided in this
Agreement.
Under this Agreement, Bluesound grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, nonsublicenseable,
operating your
royalty-free limited license to use the Bluesound Software for the purpose of
Bluesound product and the related desktop or handheld device applications on any
personal computer or handheld device owned or controlled by you. Except as described above,
you may not transfer
Bluesound Software from
Bluesound, you acknowledge
the Bluesound Software to any other computing device or remove the
your Bluesound product. Notwithstanding any license granted herein by
and agree that it is your sole responsibility to comply with U.S.
and International copyright laws with respect to your use of the Software.
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
Bluesound Software, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in this agreement
or upon Bluesound’s written request. In addition, you agree not to transfer or disclose the
Bluesound Software, the accompanying online documentation or any program you develop
from them in whole or in part, to any third party except upon Bluesound’s prior written
approval. Finally, you agree not to use Bluesound product in whole or in part for any purpose
other than as outlined in the online documentation.
Except for the limited license granted herein, Bluesound and its suppliers hereby retain all
right, title and interest in and to all worldwide intellectual property rights embodied in the
Bluesound Software. All other rights are reserved by Bluesound.
Notwithstanding the foregoing license grant, you acknowledge that certain components
of the Bluesound Software may be covered by third party software licenses (“Third Party
Components”). To the extent required by the licenses covering Third Party Components, the
terms of such licenses will apply in lieu of the terms of this Agreement. The various Third
Party Components and their governing licenses are available at bluesound.com/open-sourcesoftware.
Termination
The license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate
automatically or otherwise cease to be effective, without notice from Bluesound, if you fail
to comply with any terms of this License. Upon termination of this License you will cease
all use of the Bluesound Software, and you will destroy the Bluesound Software and
accompanying documentation and all copies you have made of them. In addition, upon
termination you will have no recourse against Bluesound for your inability to use the program
or accompanying documentation.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event will Bluesound or its suppliers be liable for personal injury
or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary,
or indirect damages, and including but not limited to, cost of cover, loss of data, loss of profi ts, business
interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss arising from the use of (or inability to
use) the product, no matter how caused and on any theory of liability. Because some jurisdictions do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of the above
limitations may not apply to you, but they shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no
event shall Bluesound’s total liability to you for all damages in any one or more causes of action exceed
the lesser of the amount paid by you for your Bluesound product and US$500. The limitations outlined
here will apply even if Bluesound, its suppliers or dealers have been advised of the possibility of such

_ Attachments - Do not use attachments not recommended by the product manufacturer as they may

_ Water and Moisture - Do not use this product near water-for example, near a bath tub, wash bowl,

_ Accessories - Do not place this product on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table. The product

A product and cart combination should be moved with care. Quick stops,

The primary method of isolating the amplifi er from the mains supply is to disconnect the mains plug.
Ensure that the mains plug remains accessible at all times. Unplug the AC power cord from the AC
outlet if the unit will not be used for several months or more.
_ The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
_ Grounding or Polarization - This product may be equipped with a polarized alternating-current line plug

sure the antenna or cable system is grounded so as to provide some protection against voltage surges
and built-up static charges. Article 810 of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, provides
information with regard to proper grounding of the mast and supporting structure, grounding of the leadin wire to an antenna discharge unit, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna discharge unit,
connection to grounding electrodes, and requirements for the grounding electrode.
_ Lightning - For added protection for this product during a lightning storm, or when it is left unattended
and unused for long periods of time, unplug it from the wall outlet and disconnect the antenna or cable
system. This will prevent damage to the product due to lightning and power line surges.

installing an outside antenna system, extreme care should be taken to keep from touching such power

ЛИЦЕНЗИЯ

использование в соответствии с условиями настоящего Соглашения.
Согласно настоящему Соглашению компания Bluesound предоставляет вам неисключительную,
не подлежащую передаче и сублицензированию, не требующую авторских отчислений
ограниченную лицензию на использование программного обеспечения Bluesound для целей
эксплуатации вашего продукта Bluesound и связанных с ним приложений для персональных
или карманных компьютеров, принадлежащих вам или находящихся в вашем распоряжении. За
исключением описанных выше случаев, вы не можете переносить программное обеспечение
Bluesound ни на какие другие компьютерные устройства или удалять программное обеспечение
Bluesound с вашего продукта Bluesound. Невзирая ни на какие лицензии, предоставляемые
Bluesound по настоящему соглашению, вы соглашаетесь и подтверждаете, что несете
исключительную ответственность за соблюдение законов США и международных законов об
авторском праве при использовании Программного обеспечения.
Вы соглашаетесь не модифицировать, не адаптировать, не переводить и не осуществлять
инженерный анализ, декомпиляцию или дизассемблирование программного обеспечения
Bluesound полностью или частично, за исключением случаев, прямо предусмотренных
настоящим соглашением или по письменному требованию Bluesound. Кроме того, вы
соглашаетесь не передавать программное обеспечение Bluesound, сопутствующую онлайновую
документацию и любые программы, полностью или частично разработанные на их основе,
никаким третьим сторонам и не публиковать их без предварительного письменного

За исключением предоставляемой в настоящем соглашении ограниченной лицензии, компания
Bluesound и ее поставщики сохраняют все права, интересы и имущественные права на
программное обеспечение Bluesound, а также все связанные с ним права интеллектуальной
собственности. Все другие права зарезервированы Bluesound.
Несмотря на выданную ранее лицензию, вы признаете, что на определенные компоненты
программного обеспечения Bluesound может распространяться действие лицензий на
программное обеспечение сторонних производителей («Сторонние компоненты»). В пределах,

batteriavfall och inte kastats bland hushållssopor. Det rekommenderas starkt att man vidtar nödvändiga
åtgärder för att samla ihop miljöfarliga produkter som denna så att de inte haamnar tillsammans med det
vanliga hushållsavfallet.
Konsumenter får under inga omständigheter slänga uttjänta batterier bland hushållssoporna. För att
kunna återvinna maximalt antal uttjänta batterier, skall batterierna samlas separat och lämnas in på
anläggningar som har insamling av uttjänta batterier. För mer information om insamling och återvinning
av batterier ber vi dig kontakta din kommun eller återvinningscentralen på orten eller handlaren där du
köpt produkten.
Genom att följa regler och riktlinjer för avfallshanteringen av batterier undviker man potentiella skador
och negativa hälsoeffekter och påverkan på miljön som annars är risken.

Licence
Bluesound International, une division de Lenbrook Industries Limited («Bluesound»), fournit ce logiciel
Bluesound [dont la défi nition inclut le logiciel intégré dans votre produit Bluesound (et ses mises à jour)
et toute application pour ordinateur personnel ou appareil portatif du logiciel] ainsi que la documentation
d’accompagnement, et octroie les licences en vue de son utilisation comme le prévoit la présente
convention.
En vertu de la présente convention, Bluesound vous octroie une licence restreinte non exclusive, non
transférable, ne pouvant donner lieu à l’octroi d’une sous-licence et libre de redevance aux fi ns de
l’utilisation de votre produit Bluesound et des applications bureautiques connexes installées sur tout
ordinateur personnel ou appareil portatif qui vous appartient ou qui est à votre disposition. À l’exception
des précisions apportées ci-dessus, vous ne pouvez pas transférer le logiciel Bluesound sur un autre
dispositif informatique ni enlever le logiciel Bluesound de votre produit Bluesound. Nonobstant toute
licence que Bluesound vous octroie par les présentes, vous reconnaissez et convenez que vous avez la
responsabilité exclusive de vous conformer aux lois américaines et internationales sur le droit d’auteur
concernant l’utilisation de ce logiciel.
Vous acceptez de ne pas modifi er, adapter, traduire, tenter d’une façon quelconque de faire de l’ingénierie
inverse, décompiler ni séparer, en tout ou en partie, le logiciel Bluesound, sauf disposition expresse de la
présente convention ou le consentement écrit de Bluesound. Vous convenez en outre de ne pas transférer
ni divulguer en tout ou en partie à un tiers quelconque le logiciel Bluesound, toute documentation
d’accompagnement en ligne ou tout programme que vous développez à partir de ce logiciel sans le
consentement écrit préalable de Bluesound. Et, en dernier lieu, vous acceptez de ne pas utiliser le
produit Bluesound, en tout ou en partie, à des fi ns autres que celles prévues dans la documentation
d’accompagnement en ligne.
Sauf pour la licence restreinte octroyée par les présentes, Bluesound et ses fournisseurs conservent tous
droits, titres et intérêts se rapportant sur tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle mondiaux compris dans
le logiciel Bluesound. Bluesound se réserve tous les autres droits.
Nonobstant l’octroi de licence précédent, vous reconnaissez que certains composants du logiciel
Bluesound pourraient être couverts par des licences de logiciels tiers (« Composants tiers »). Dans
la mesure exigée par les licences couvrant les composants tiers, les dispositions desdites licences
s’appliqueront au lieu des dispositions du présent Accord. Les divers composants tiers et les licences qui
les régissent sont disponibles sur bluesound.com/open-source-software.
Résiliation
La présente licence demeure en vigueur jusqu’à sa résiliation. Les droits qui vous sont accordés en vertu
de la présente licence seront automatiquement retirés ou cesseront autrement de s’appliquer, sans avis
de la part de Bluesound, si vous omettez de vous conformer à l’une quelconque des conditions de la
présente licence. Lors de la résiliation de la présente licence, vous cesserez immédiatement d’utiliser le
logiciel Bluesound, et vous détruirez le logiciel Bluesound et toute documentation d’accompagnement
ainsi que toutes les copies que vous en avez faites. De plus, en cas de résiliation de la présente licence,
vous n’aurez aucun recours contre Bluesound du fait que vous soyez incapable d’utiliser le programme
ou toute documentation d’accompagnement.

commercial et toute propriété intellectuelle associés à votre produit Bluesound, au logiciel Bluesound et à
la documentation d’accompagnement.
Bluesound respecte les lois américaines et internationales sur le droit d’auteur et, en contrepartie de la
licence qui vous est octroyée par les présentes, vous acceptez également de respecterces lois. Vous
reconnaissez que lesdites lois sur le droit d’auteur interdisent la reproduction et la com munication non
autorisée de la musique ou de tout autre contenu auquel le produit Bluesound vous donne accès, et
vous acceptez de ne pas copier ni communiquer, directement ou indirectement, toute musique ou autre
contenu sans l’autorisation expresse écrite du titulaire du droit d’auteur.Vous acceptez d’indemniser et
d’exonérer Bluesound et ses donneurs de licence de toute responsabilité concernant les revendications,
les actions judiciaires, les pertes, les dommages, les responsabilités, les coûts et les dépenses engagés
par Bluesound et ses donneurs de licence pouvant résulter de l’omission de votre part de vous conformer
aux conditions de cette section.
Soutien du contenu et des technologies de tierces parties
De temps à autre, Bluesound peut fournir un accès à des tiers fournisseurs de contenu par l’entremise
du produit Bluesound. En outre, Bluesound peut soutenir certaines technologies de tiers, telles que des
formats de fi chier particuliers. Bluesound se réserve le droit en tout temps et pour tout motif de mettre fi n
à l’accès et/ou au soutien du contenu ou des technologies de tiers. Bluesound ne fait aucune assertion et
n’offre aucune garantie de quelque type que ce soit en ce qui concerne le choix ou le soutien permanent
de tout contenu ou toute technologie provenant de tierces parties.
L’accès aux services fournis par des tiers exige un accès Internet et peut nécessiter que vous
acceptiez des conditions supplémentaires. Vous reconnaissez que Bluesound n’est pas responsable de
l’évaluation ou de l’examen des services, des technologies et du matériel connexe fournis par des tiers, et
que Bluesound se dégage de toute responsabilité envers vous quant à ces services, ces technologies et ce
matériel connexe.
Exonération de garanties
Vous reconnaissez et acceptez que dans toute la mesure prévue par la loi :

par une tierce partie.
_ Vous utilisez le logiciel Bluesound et ses services connexes à vos propres risques, et vous assumez tous
