La disopercolatrice è studiata per l’utilizzo da parte di una sola persona.
Una conoscenza di base di tecnica meccanica serve per un corretto svolgimento del lavoro, per effettuare le
manutenzioni e, in caso d’inconvenienti elementari.

Per un buon rendimento della macchina, lo spessore del legno dei telaini deve essere costante ed è
consigliato l’uso dei distanziatori nei melari.
I telaini non devono presentare sporgenze laterali come chiodi.
Si consiglia di utilizzare melari con distanziatori con almeno una tacca in meno del nominale dell’arnia (es. per
un’arnia a 10 favi, melari con 9 favi o meglio ancora 8 favi).

La disopercolatrice non può essere sollevata o trasportata manualmente da una sola persona, il trasporto può
essere effettuato con macchina “a vista” o in imballi particolari (es. cassa in legno).
Il trasporto viene normalmente effettuato da trasportatori, sotto la responsabilità del cliente.
Durante il trasporto la cassa contenente la macchina deve essere solidamente fissata con funi o cinghie in
modo da impedirne il movimento.
La macchina è spostabile tramite muletto o trans pallet.
Il peso della macchina è circa 125 kg, i mezzi di sollevamento devono pertanto essere adeguati a sopportare
questo peso.

Prima di collegare la disopercolatrice alla corrente elettrica è necessario accertarsi che l’interruttore generale
(fig. 1 punto C) sia in posizione di ‘O’ (come da fig.1).
Allacciare la disopercolatrice DV4 alla presa di corrente.
Assicurarsi che il fungo d’emergenza (fig. 1 punto D) non sia inserito, quindi ruotare l’interruttore generale (fig.
1 punto C) verso destra.

Regolare il termostato

Istruzioni per l’uso del termoregolatore’ del presente manuale.
La temperatura impostata di default, che noi riteniamo essere mediamente
corretta è di 80/90°C.

Posizionare i telaini sulla catena (ferma), perpendicolarmente alla
catena stessa (fig. 3), far scorrere la catena verso l’entrata della
macchina in modo da poter aggiungere circa 9/10 telaini.

Premere il pulsante ‘AVVIO CICLO’ (fig. 1 punto A).

E’ chiaramente possibile caricare i telaini anche dopo aver avviato la
disopercolatrice, ovvero con la catena in movimento, in modo continuo.

Nel caso un telaino si blocchi, ruotare l’interruttore generale (fig. 1 punto C)

Tenere premuto il tasto “AVVIO CICLO” in modo tale che il telaino torni
indietro, quindi riposizionarlo correttamente.

Il termoregolatore, posto sul quadro comandi, presenta quattro pulsanti e un quadrante a display.
Il display, dopo aver collegato la DV4 alla rete, ed aver atteso per alcuni secondi, indica la temperatura dei
coltelli.
Premendo il pulsante SET viene indicata la temperatura prescelta quale massima raggiungibile.
Per variare questa temperatura premere il pulsante SET (C) e successivamente premere il pulsante con la
freccia rivolta (A) in alto per aumentare i gradi o quello con la freccia rivolta in basso (B) per diminuirli.

Non si ritengono necessari particolari lavori di manutenzione.
La macchina va lavata con acqua tiepida ed eventualmente con detergenti neutri commerciali appositi per
l’acciaio inox.
Evitare assolutamente di lavare la macchina con attrezzature che utilizzino il vapore.

Se si prevede che la macchina debba rimanere inutilizzata per parecchio tempo, provvedere a verificare la
stato dei componenti meccanici ad eventuali lavori di revisione, sostituzione o manutenzione per avere la
macchina nelle migliori condizioni per l'utilizzo successivo.
Per un periodo di lunga inattività è consigliabile ungere con un velo d'olio di paraffina le parti cromate e
ricoprire la macchina con un telo.

La regolazione della frizione è un’operazione estremamente semplice e permette di calibrare al meglio, a
seconda delle esigenze di ogni singolo operatore, la forza trainante della catena porta telaino.
Una frizione troppo ‘stretta’ potrebbe creare qualche problema rischiando di spaccare alcuni telaini al
passaggio tra i coltelli. D’altra parte, una frizione troppo ‘blanda’ impedirebbe la disopercolatura perché il
telaino si fermerebbe alla prima difficoltà.
Tramite una chiave a brugola di 4, svitare le viti che fissano il carter a destra rispetto all’operatore.
Con due chiavi fisse di 22, sbloccare il controdado, stringere o allentare il dado fino al raggiungimento della

calibrazione gradita e stringere nuovamente il controdado, fissando il
tutto. Rimontare il carter prima di mettere nuovamente in funzione la
macchina.

The uncapping machine has been designed for operation by a single worker.
Basic technical and mechanical skills are required to correctly operate the machine and carry out maintenance
and basic servicing.

For efficient machine operation, the frame wood thickness must be constant and the use of spacers in the
supers is recommended.
The frames should not have any protruding parts e.g. nails.
We recommend using supers with spacers at least one notch down from the hive frame number (e.g. for a
10-frame beehive, use supers with 9 frames or better still, 8 frames).

The uncapping machine cannot be lifted or handled manually by a single person. The machine can be
transported unpacked or in suitable packing (e.g. wooden crate).
Transport is normally carried out by appointed forwarders on the customer's own responsibility.
During transport, the crate containing the machine must be firmly secured with ropes or cables to prevent it
moving.
The machine can be handled by using lift trucks or pallet trucks.
The machine weight is approximately 125 kg, therefore, the lifting equipment must be of adequate carrying
capacity.

Before plugging the uncapping machine into a line power socket, make sure that the main switch (fig. 1 item
C) is set to 'O' (as shown in fig. 1).
Plug the DV4 uncapping machine into a power socket.
Make sure that the mushroom-head emergency button has not been operated, then turn the main switch (fig.
1 item C) to the right.

Set the thermostat (fig. 1 item E) as illustrated in paragraph 2.1 of
this manual, 'Instructions for thermoregulator use’.
The default temperature setting - which on average has been found
correct - is 80/90°C.

Control knife heating by actuating the selector switch ‘Heating’ (fig. 1
item B) then wait a few seconds to allow the knives to heat up to the
pre-set temperature.

To adjust the knives, turn the lever (fig. 2) until the required thickness

Place the frames on the (stationary) chain perpendicularly to the chain
(fig. 3) and cause the chain to run towards the machine inlet so that
9/10 frames can be added.

Press the ‘START CYCLE’ key (fig. 1 item A).

It is also possible to load the frames when the uncapping machine has
been started, i.e. when the chain is moving, in a continuous manner.

If a frame gets stuck, turn the main switch (fig. 1 item C) to the left.

The thermoregulator located on the control panel has four keys and a display unit.
After connecting the DV4 machine to line power and waiting a few seconds, check the display unit for the
knife temperature reading.
Press the SET button to display the maximum selected temperature setting.
To change this temperature setting, press the SET (C) control then press the button with the arrow pointing up
(A) to increase the temperature degree value or the button with the arrow pointing down (B) to decrease it.

If you expect not to use the machine for a prolonged period of time, check the state of repair of its mechanical
parts and carry out any required checking, replacement or maintenance to ensure that the machine will be
ready for use upon the next power-on.
Before periods of prolonged inactivity, coat the chromium plated parts of the machine with a thin film of
paraffin oil and then cover the machine with a tarpaulin.

Adjusting the clutch is an extremely easy operation enabling to calibrate in an ideal way, according to different
operator requirements, the pulling force of the frame conveyor chain.
Too 'tight' a clutch adjustment may cause problems and could even break some frames when they are fed on
between blades. Conversely, too 'loose' a clutch adjustment would prevent uncapping as the frame would stop
every time that even a minor obstacle is encountered.
By using an Allen wrench, undo the screws securing the right-hand guard (viewed from the operator's work
station).
By using two no. 22 spanners, unlock the lock nut and tighten or loosen the nut until the right adjustment is

obtained, then re-tighten the lock nut to fix the whole assembly.
Replace the guard before restarting the machine.

Pour un bon rendement de la machine, l'épaisseur du bois des cadres doit être constante; il est conseillé
d'utiliser des écarteurs dans les hausses.
Les écarteurs ne doivent pas présenter de saillies latérales tels que des clous.
Il est conseillé d'utiliser des hausses avec des écarteurs avec au moins une encoche de moins que le nombre
nominal de la ruche (ex.: pour une ruche à 10 cadres, des hausses de 9 cadres ou mieux encore 8 cadres).

La machine à désoperculer ne peut être ni soulevée ni transportée manuellement par une seule personne, le
transport peut être effectué avec la machine emballée (par ex. dans une caisse de bois) ou sans emballage.
Le transport est normalement effectué par des transporteurs, sous la responsabilité du client.
Durant le transport la caisse contenant la machine doit être solidement fixée avec des câbles ou des courroies
de façon à ce qu'elle ne bouge pas.
La machine peut être déplacée avec un chariot élévateur ou un transpalette
Le poids de la machine est d'environ 125 kg, les moyens de levage doivent donc être adaptés à supporter ce
poids.

Avant de brancher la machine à désoperculer au courant électrique, il faut s'assurer que l’interrupteur général
(fig. 1 point C) est sur la position « O » (comme le montre la fig.1).
Brancher la machine à désoperculer DV4 à la prise de courant.
S'assurer que le poussoir coup-de-poing d'urgence (fig. 1 point D) n'est pas enfoncé, ensuite tourner
l’interrupteur général (fig. 1 point C) vers la droite.

Régler le thermostat

Allumer le chauffage des couteaux à l'aide du sélecteur « Chauffage »

(fig. 1 point B) et attendre quelques instants pour permettre aux couteaux
d'atteindre la température programmée.

Pour régler les couteaux faire tourner le levier (fig. 2) jusqu'à atteindre
l'épaisseur souhaitée ; les couteaux sont fermés quand le levier est en
position verticale.

Placer les cadres sur la chaîne (à l'arrêt), perpendiculairement à la
chaîne elle-même (fig. 3), faire coulisser la chaîne vers l'entrée de la
machine de manière à pouvoir ajouter environ 9/10 cadres.

Appuyer sur la touche « DÉMARRAGE CYCLE » (fig. 1 point A).

Les cadres peuvent bien sûr être chargés même après avoir démarré la
machine à désoperculer, c'est-à-dire avec la chaîne en mouvement, de
manière continue.

Si un cadre se bloque, tourner l’interrupteur général (fig. 1 point C) vers la

Le thermorégulateur, placé sur le tableau de commande, présente quatre boutons et un cadrant d'affichage.
L'afficheur, après avoir branché la DV4 au réseau et attendu quelques secondes, indique la température des
couteaux.
En appuyant sur le bouton SET la température choisie est indiquée comme température maximum.
Pour changer cette température appuyer sur le bouton SET (C) et ensuite appuyer sur le bouton qui porte la
flèche tournée vers le haut (A) pour augmenter les degrés ou sur celui qui porte la flèche tournée vers le bas
(B) pour les diminuer.

Aucune opération particulière de maintenance n'est nécessaire.
La machine doit être lavée à l'eau tiède et éventuellement avec des détergents neutres spéciaux pour l'acier
inox.
Éviter absolument de laver la machine avec des appareils qui utilisent la vapeur.

d'une machine en parfait état lors de l'utilisation ultérieure.
Pour les longues périodes d’inactivité, il est conseillé d'appliquer une fine couche d’huile de paraffine sur les
parties chromées et de recouvrir la machine d’une bâche.

Le réglage de l'embrayage est une opération extrêmement simple et qui permet de mieux régler, selon les exigence de
chaque opérateur, la force de traction de la chaîne porte-cadre.

Un embrayage trop « étroit » pourrait causer des problèmes en risquant de casser des cadres au passage entre les
couteaux. D’autre part, un embrayage trop « mou » empêcherait la désoperculation parce que le cadre se fermerait à la
première difficulté.

À l'aide d'une clé Allen de 4, dévisser les vis qui fixent le carter à droite par rapport à l’opérateur.
Avec les deux clés fixes de 22, débloquer le contre-écrou, serrer ou desserrer l'écrou jusqu'à atteindre le réglage

souhaité et serrer de nouveau le contre-écrou, en fixant le tout. Remonter
le carter avant de mettre de nouveau la machine en marche.

Für eine gute Arbeitsleistung der Maschine sollte die Dicke der Holzrähmchen konstant sein und es wird
empfohlen, im Honigraum Abstandstreifen zu benutzen.
An den Rähmchen darf nichts, wie zum Beispiel Nägel, seitlich überstehen.
Es wird empfohlen, Honigraumwaben mit Abstandstreifen mit mindestens einer Wabe weniger als der
Nennwert der Beute zu benutzen (z.B. für eine Beute für 10 Waben Honigraum mit 9 Waben oder noch besser
mit 8 Waben).

Die Entdecklungsmaschine darf manuell nicht von nur einer Person angehoben oder transportiert werden, die
Maschine kann sowohl ohne als auch mit besonderen Verpackungen (z.B. in Holzkisten) transportiert werden.
Der Transport erfolgt normalerweise mittels Transportgeräten und obliegt der Verantwortung des Kunden.
Während des Transports muss die Kiste, die die Maschine beinhaltet, gut mit Seilen oder Ketten befestigt
werden, um das Bewegen der Maschine zu verhindern.
Die Maschine kann mit einem Gabelstapler oder einem Hubwagen bewegt werden.
Das Gewicht der Maschine liegt bei circa 125 kg, die Transportgeräte müssen daher für ein solches Gewicht
geeignet sein.

Vor Anschluss der Entdecklungsmaschine an das Stromnetz muss überprüft werden, dass der Hauptschalter
(Abb. 1 Punkt C) auf 'O' steht (wie in Abb. 1).
Die Entdecklungsmaschine DV4 an eine Steckdose anschließen.
Überprüfen, dass der Notschalter (Abb. 1 Punkt D) nicht niedergedrückt ist, dann den Hauptschalter (Abb. 1
Punkt C) nach rechts drehen.

Das Thermostat (Abb. 1 Punkt E) wie in Abschnitt '2.1. Gebrauchsanleitung
für den Temperaturregler' des vorliegenden Handbuchs beschrieben,
einstellen.
Die voreingestellte Temperatur, die wir durchschnittlich für angemessen
erachten, beträgt 80/90°C.

Mittels des Wahlschalters 'Aufheizen' (Abb. 1 Punkt B) die Beheizung der
Messer starten und einige Sekunden warten, bis die Messer die eingestellte
Temperatur erreicht haben.

Zur Einstellung der Messer den Hebel (Abb. 2) solange drehen, bis
der gewünschte Abstand erreicht ist, die Messer sind bei vertikal

Die Rähmchen senkrecht auf die (stillstehende) Kette setzen (Abb. 3),
die Kette zum Maschineneingang laufen lassen, so dass circa 9/10
Rähmchen hinzugefügt werden können.

Die Taste 'STARTEN DES ARBEITSZYKLUS' (Abb. 1 Punkt A) drücken.

Natürlich können auch nach dem Start der Entdecklungsmaschine und bei
laufender Kette, kontinuierlich Rähmchen in die Maschine gesetzt werden.

Sollte ein Rähmchen blockieren, den Hauptschalter (Abb. 1 Punkt C) nach

links drehen.
Die Taste "START DES ARBEITSZYKLUS" gedrückt halten, so dass das
Rähmchen zurückfährt und es dann richtig einsetzen.

Zum Anhalten der Entdecklungsmaschine muss der Hauptschalter (Abb. 1 Punkt C) auf 0 gestellt werden.

Der an der Bedientafel vorhandene Temperaturregler besitzt vier Tasten und ein Display.
Einige Sekunden nach Anschluss der DV4 an das Stromnetz zeigt das Display die Temperatur der Messer an.

Besondere Wartungsarbeiten sind nicht erforderlich.
Die Maschine wird mit lauwarmen Wasser und handelsüblichen Neutralreinigern für Edelstahl gereinigt.
Es darf auf keinen Fall ein Dampfreiniger zum Reinigen der Maschine verwendet werden.

Wenn die Maschine für längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, sollten die mechanischen Bestandteile überprüft und
Revisions-, Ersatz- oder Wartungsarbeiten ausgeführt werden, damit die Maschine bei dem nächsten Einsatz
in einem einwandfreien Zustand ist.
Sollte die Maschine für lange Zeit nicht benutzt werden, ist es ratsam die Chromteile mit Paraffinöl zu
behandeln und die Maschine mit einer Folie abzudecken.

Die Einstellung der Kupplung ist sehr einfach und dient dazu, die Zugkraft der Rähmchentransportkette je nach
den Bedürfnissen der einzelnen Bediener einzustellen.
Eine zu straff eingestellte Kupplung könnte dazu führen, dass einige Rähmchen bei der Durchfahrt unter den
Messern beschädigt werden. Eine zu locker eingestellte Kupplung hingegen würde das Entdeckeln verhindern,
denn das Rähmchen würden bei dem kleinsten Hindernis stehen bleiben.
Mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel Nr. 4 die vom Bediener rechtsseitigen Gehäuseschrauben lösen.
Mit zwei 22er-Schraubenschlüsseln die Kontermutter lösen und die Mutter entweder lockern oder anziehen,

bis die gewünschte Einstellung erreicht ist; danach die Kontermutter
wieder anziehen. Das Gehäuse vor dem Start der Maschine erneut

La garanzia comprende la riparazione o la sostituzione gratuita dei componenti della macchina riconosciuti difettosi di
fabbricazione o nel materiale, dalla ditta Lega o da una persona espressamente autorizzata. La garanzia decade per i
danni provocati da incuria, uso errato o non conforme alle avvertenze riportate nel manuale d’istruzioni, per incidenti,
manomissioni, riparazioni errate o effettuate con ricambi non originali Lega, riparazioni effettuate da persone non
autorizzate dalla ditta Lega srl, danni intervenuti durante il trasporto da e per il cliente. Sono escluse dalla garanzia tutti i
componenti elettrici (motori elettrici, comandi ecc.), tutte quelle parti soggette ad un normale logorio e le parti estetiche.
Tutte le spese di manodopera, d’imballo, spedizione e trasporto sono a carico del cliente. Qualsiasi pezzo difettoso
sostituito, diverrà di nostra proprietà. Un eventuale guasto o difetto avvenuto nel periodo di garanzia o dopo lo scadere
dello stesso, non dà in nessun caso diritto al cliente di sospendere il pagamento o a qualsiasi sconto sul prezzo della
macchina. In ogni caso la ditta Lega srl non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni derivanti dall’uso improprio della
macchina.

The guarantee includes free-of-charge repairing and replacement of any part of the machinery that is found to have
manufacturing or material defects by the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s authorised person. This guarantee shall not
apply to damages caused by negligence, misuse or use not in compliance with the directions contained in the
instruction manual, as well as in case of accidents, alteration, tampering, wrong repairing or repairing with non-original
parts, repairing by persons not authorised by Lega s.r.l. and damages during transport to/from the purchaser’s. All
electric parts (electric motors, controls etc.) and parts exposed to normal wear and tear as well as aesthetic parts are
also not covered by the guarantee. All labour, packing, forwarding and transport charges shall be borne by the
purchaser. Any defective parts which have been replaced shall be retained by and become the property of LEGA S.R.L.
Any breakdown or defect which should occur during the guarantee period or after its last date shall not in any case
entitle the purchaser to suspend the payments nor to any discount off the price of the machine. In any case, Lega s.r.l.
shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the incorrect use of the machinery.

La garantie comprend la réparation ou le remplacement gratuit des composants de la machine reconnus comme
défectueux (défauts de fabrication ou du matériau) par l’entreprise Lega ou par une personne expressément agréée. La
garantie est annulée si les dommages ont été causés par la négligence, une utilisation incorrecte ou non conforme aux
recommandations fournies dans le guide d’utilisation, des accidents, des modifications, des réparations incorrectes ou
effectuées par des personnes non autorisées par Lega srl, dommages intervenus durant le transport en provenance et
vers le client. Sont exclus de la garantie tous les composants électriques (moteurs électriques, commandes etc.), toutes
les parties sujettes à une usure normale et les parties esthétiques. Tous les frais de main-d’œuvre, d’emballage,
d’expédition et de transport sont à la charge du client. Toute pièce défectueuse remplacée devient notre propriété.
Aucune panne éventuelle ni défaut se produisant durant ou après la période de garantie ne donne le droit au client
d'interrompre le paiement ni de prétendre une quelconque remise sur le prix de la machine. Dans tous les cas,
l’entreprise Lega srl décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages dérivant d’une utilisation impropre de la machine.

Materialmängel von der Firma Lega oder einer von ihr ausdrücklich befugten Person anerkannt wurden. Die Garantie
verfällt bei Schäden, die durch Nachlässigkeit, falschen oder nicht den im Handbuch angeführten Anweisungen
entsprechenden Gebrauch, durch Unfälle, mutwillige Änderungen, falsche Reparaturen oder Einsatz von Nicht-Original­Ersatzteilen von Lega, durch Reparaturen, die nicht von durch Lega srl befugtem Personal vorgenommen wurden bzw.
beim Transport sowohl bei der Fahrt zum als auch vom Kunden entstehen. Ausgeschlossen von der Garantie sind alle
Elektroteile (Elektromotoren, Steuerteile usw.), alle Verschleißteile und Ästhetikteile. Alle Kosten für Arbeitskräfte,
Verpackung, Spedition und Transport gehen zulasten des Kunden. Alle ausgetauschten defekten Teile gehen in unser
Eigentum über. Eventuelle Störungen oder Defekte, die während der Garantielaufzeit oder nach deren Ablauf auftreten,
geben dem Kunden keinesfalls das Recht, die Zahlung aufzuheben bzw. irgendwelche Rabatte auf das Gerät zu erzielen.
Die Firma Lega srl übernimmt auf jeden Fall keine Verantwortung für Schäden, die aus einem sachwidrigen Gebrauch
des Geräts entstehen.
