Power ON:
Open the charging case lid, take the earphones out from the charging case. The
earphones will then be switched on automatically. (if the earphones are switched off,
press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to switch it on.)
Pairing the earphones with mobile device:
Step 1:
After the earphones are taken out of the charging case, both the earphones will be
switched on and paired automatically. When the earphones are paired successfully,
you will hear “connected” alert tone.
Step 2
Pairing the earphones with mobile phone for the first time
After taking out both the earphones from the charging case, turn on the Bluetooth
setting on your mobile device and search for the Bluetooth pairing name “VOCS
TRUEZ” to connect. A message alert “Bluetooth device is connected successfully” is
heard when the pairing process is done.
Tip: Once the earphones are paired with your mobile device for the first time, it will
be paired automatically next time. Simply turn on the Bluetooth setting on your
mobile device and take the earphones out of the charging case. The earphones will
be switched on and connected automatically with the mobile device. If you would like
to change to the other mobile device, please re-connect the earphones with the new
mobile device. Please ensure that the former mobile device has been disconnected
from the device completely or you may reset the device.
Power OFF
Tap and hold the multi-function touch control for 3 seconds until red light flashes to
switch off the earphones. The earphones will emit a “Bluetooth is off” message alert.
Alternately, simply put the earphones in the charging case and the earphones will get
into charging mode.
Functions:
1. Answering a call: When incoming call arrives, tap the left or right earphone touch
control once to answer the call
2. Ending a call: Tap the touch control on the left or right earphone for 2 seconds to
end the call
3. Rejecting a call: When a call comes in, tap and hold the left or right earphone
touch control for 2 seconds
4. Redialing a phone number: Double tap on the right earphone touch control to redial the last dialed number
5. Activate Siri: Double tap on the left earphone touch control to activate Siri
6. Previous track: Tap and hold the right earphone touch control for 2 seconds while
music is being played
7. Next track: Tap and hold the left earphone touch control for 2 seconds while music
is being played
Charging and Battery Life:
1.Before using the earphones for the first time, charge the earphones by placing
them into the charging case connecting to a USB cable. Charge for approximately 2
hours for optimum battery capacity. Red light flashes when the earphones are being
charged and turns blue once they are fully charged.
2.The charging case consists of four green LED lights to display the power capacity,
each green light indicates 25% battery life, the green LED light flashes according to
the battery level. (For example, if the charging case is completely out of battery, the
first green LED light will flash, after being charged, the first green LED illuminates,
followed by the second green LED light). All four green lights illuminate when fully
charged.
3. When the battery level reaches 30%, the red indicator begins to blink for every 5
seconds, and the battery low alert tone will be emitted every 60 seconds.
4. The charging case has a built-in battery. When the charging case is fully charged,
earphones can be placed in it to charge directly without connecting to a USB cable.
The LED light of the power display which is on the charging case will be switched off
automatically 1 minute after the earphones are fully charged.
5. Please ensure that the original cable comes with the product is being used. Using
an inappropriate charging cable may damage the earphones. The DC voltage must
be 5V and the current must be 1A (5V/1A).
Please do not charge this product with power that is higher than 5V/1A or with a fastcharging device. Our company will not be responsible or liable for any product issue,
any loss or damage as well as safety of our users caused by improper use.
6. The earphones employ built-in non-removable battery. Do not attempt to remove
the battery from the earphones to avoid product damages.
