5. Installation and Operation
1. Get the Arnoo app for Android or iOS from Google Play or Apple Store.

2. Open the app, and it will walk you through creating an account and login to the
home screen.
3. Add the Gateway
A Run the APP and press “+” to add a device.
B Press the manual on the top left corner, click “HUB”.
C Follow the guide in app to connect the Gateway to Wi-Fi router. ( Go to your
smartphone Setting→WLAN, find SmartPlug-xxxx to start plug network setting.)
D Once Gateway connected to network successfully, the LED indicator change to
solid green.
4. Add the device to gateway
A Click “+” and “Add Device”
B Chose add smart lighting to search smart lamps. Select Zigbee or BLE light if you

C Add the lamps successfully, presse and hold the lighting icon to set the lighting.

6 ATTENTION
1. If the Gateway needs to be cleaned, remove power and use a soft cloth with
a little alcohol and wipe down the device.
2. This product is just for indoor use only.
3. Conncect case:
• Confirm that the gateway, smartphone and router are close to each other.
• Confirm your router is turned on and is receiving data.
• Confirm you are not connecting to a 5G network (only 2.4G is supported).
• Confirm you are not using a network that requires a web browser login. (i.e. Public
Wi-Fi)
• Confirm you have entered your Wi-Fi password correctly.
• Check if the number of Wi-Fi devices that are connecting to your router has reached
its limit. If so, please remove some devices from this Wi-Fi network and restart the
router.
4. Q: How to factory reset the smart gateway.
A: Press and hold the power key 5s until the power/LAN/WAN Led indicator blinking.
Once Reset is finished LED indicator will blinking green slowly.
