This Johnson Electric Solenoid Spring Kit is designed for use with the 20 x 40 STA Pull Tubular Solenoid, P/N
195224-2XX (sold separately) by replacing the plunger in the so lenoid with the one from the kit along with either the
short or long spring from the kit. The plunger is 2.54mm longer than the stock plunger to accommodate the spring.

The Short Spring is designed to be used for strokes up to 10mm and any duty cycle of power on the solenoid.
The Long Spring is designed to be used for strokes up to 16mm and duty cycles of 25% or 10% only. The solenoid may
not energize against the spring at lower duty cycles than 25%.
