Using Your Appliance
• Bottom Max line indicates maximum amount of liquid for frothing function. This is 115ml, this line should not be exceeded, or the appliance will overflow when in use.
• Top Max line indicates the maximum amount of liquid for warming function. This is 240ml, this line should not be exceeded, or the appliance will overflow when in use.
• After use - Unplug the milk frother and allow it to cool for 2 minutes before using it again, or cool it down by filling the jug with cold water.
To Froth
• Open the lid and pour milk into the jug. Make sure this 115ml or is between the Min line and the bottom Max line. Firmly close the lid.
• Press the power button to switch on the milk frother. The white indicator light will be on under the Hot Frothing (Dense Foam) setting by default. There are four frothing settings to choose from, each requiring different volumes of milk and different run times.
Page 3
• To use the Hot Frothing (Dense Foam) setting: Pour 115ml (bottom Max line) of milk into the jug and press the button once. Ensure the white light under Hot Frothing (Dense Foam) icon is lit up. After 3 seconds, the whisk will begin rotating, and the milk will be heated and frothed in 80-140 seconds.
• To use the Hot Frothing (Airy Foam) setting: Pour 115ml (bottom Max line) of milk into the jug and press the button twice. Ensure the white light under Hot Frothing (Airy Foam) icon is lit up. After 3 seconds, the whisk will begin rotating, and the milk will be heated and frothed in 80-140 seconds.

To Heat
• To use the Heating setting: Pour 240ml (top Max line) of milk into the jug and press the button three times. Ensure the white light under Heating icon is lit up. After 3 seconds, the whisk will begin rotating, and the milk will be heated in 2 ½ to 4 minutes.

To Cool
• To use the Cold Frothing setting: Pour 115ml (bottom Max line) of milk into the jug and press the button four times. Ensure the blue light under Cold Frothing icon is lit up. After 3 seconds, the whisk will begin rotating, and the milk will be frothed in 60-65 seconds.
• Once the milk is done frothing, the indicator light will flash 5 times.
Tips
• For coffee or hot chocolate, prepare it while the milk frother is working so you can add hot and frothy milk to your beverage.
• Full fat milk usually produces the best foam, however, try experimenting with different milk types.
• The milk frother can work on cold milk, but it cannot cool down milk further, as the whisk produces its own heat when working.
• Milk can be heated up to 60-70°C before being poured into the frother. The hotter the milk, the stronger the taste of your coffee.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Do NOT immerse the milk frother, power base, cord, or any other part of the appliance in water or rinse it under running water.
• Wipe the outside regularly with a damp cloth.
• To clean the whisk, remove it from the milk frother by lifting it straight upwards and use warm water to wash out residue.
• To clean the inside of the milk jug, remove the whisk and pour some warm water and a few drops of washing-up liquid and use a soft sponge to remove any fat and residue left behind by the milk. Pour the water out and wipe clean with a soft cloth or paper towel.
• For hygiene purposes, always make sure there is no milk residue left behind in the jug or whisk.
• Clean the lid and its silicone sealing ring separately with warm water.
• Make sure all components are thoroughly clean and dry.
• Do not use any abrasive detergents, steel wool or other sharp objects to clean the appliance. This could damage the coating.
Care
• If a defect renders the appliance unusable, we recommend removing the plug from the wall socket and cutting the cord with scissors.
• If the appliance does not function after it has been switched on, it is possible that the fuse or circuit breaker has been activated due to overload or a current leak.
