Safety Instructions
• Before connecting kettle to the power supply, check that the voltage indicated on the appliance (under the kettle and base) corresponds with the voltage in your home. If this is not the case, contact your dealer and do not use the kettle.
• In the case of obvious damage to the appli­ance or the cord, consult an electrician.
• This appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision.
• Never allow children to use electrical equip­ment without supervision.
• Avoid contact with steam coming from the spout area when pouring. Also avoid the lid area when refilling.
• Never use the appliance outside or exposed directly in the environment.
• The boiler gets hot during use, therefore do not touch the appliance except for the handle.
• Do not fill above the ‘Max’ mark as water may boil over and potentially splash out.
• Do not open the lid while water is boiling.
• Never place the kettle near or on hot plates/gas burners.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similar qualified person to avoid hazard.
• Use only on a dry, anti-slip and level surface.
• Never place the kettle, cord or plug in any liquid.
• Never switch the appliance on when its lid is open.
• Make sure the kettle is switched off before lifting or pouring.
• Always unplug your kettle when not in use.
• If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.
• Only use this appliance with the stand provided.
• This appliance is for household and similar applications only, such as farmhouses and bed and breakfast-type environments.
• If there is no water in the kettle, do not start. Otherwise, the stainless steel chassis will change colour. Repeated dry burning will reduce the life of this kettle.
• Only suitable for water – never put other liquids in the kettle.
• Misuse of this appliance can potentially cause injury.
• CAUTION: The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.
• CAUTION: Do not operate the kettle on an inclined surface. Do not operate the kettle unless the element is fully immersed. Do not move the kettle while it is switched on.

Before First Use
• Please read the instructions carefully before use.
• Before using the kettle for the first time, clean the interior thoroughly.
• Remove all packing materials (including the plastic protector on the spout) and ensure the product is in good condition.
• Keep the electrical components dry and wipe the interior of the kettle with a damp cloth.
• Rinse the inside of the kettle thoroughly with water.
• Wipe the exterior of the kettle gently with a damp cloth.
• Dry all parts completely.
• It is recommended to run one boiling cycle before using the kettle.
Operating Instructions
• Remove the unit from the power base.
• Open the lid by pressing the button on the top.
• Fill the kettle with your desired amount of water, ensuring not to exceed the MAX line.
• Close the lid securely until it locks into place.
• Place the kettle back on the power base, ensuring it is correctly engaged.
• Connect the power cord to a power outlet and turn on the power switch. The indicator light will illuminate.
• The kettle will automatically switch off when the water reaches a boil.
• Boiling can be stopped at any time by oper­ating the on/off switch.

Tips
• This appliance is only suitable for heating and boiling water.
• Do not use any other liquids. The heating element must be covered with water. Other­wise, there is danger of overheating
• Should the boil-dry protection operate, allow the kettle to cool down. The appliance will be ready for use once cooled.
• The water gauge will show how much water there is in the jug.
• Never fill the kettle with any liquid other than water.
• Never open the lid while the water is boiling.
• The stainless steel body will become ex­tremely hot.

Care Instructions
• Unplug the unit before cleaning and allow it to cool down.
• Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a clean, damp cloth, avoiding contact with electrical components.
• To clean the interior, use a soft sponge and soapy water to gently scrub. If your hand cannot fit inside the kettle, swish warm, soapy water around inside with the lid closed.
• Scale buildup may occur over time due to frequent use or water quality. It’s normal, so it’s recommended to descale the kettle weekly. Use vinegar or citric acid for descal­ing. Mix 2/3 water and 1/3 vinegar in the ket­tle, and the scale will disappear in minutes. Boil the solution two or three times.
• Do not damage, excessively bend, stretch, twist, or place heavy objects on the power cord. Avoid pinching the cord.
• Place the electric kettle in a dry environ­ment; do not use it outdoors.
Check if the power socket is energized.
Ensure both ends of the power cord are securely connected.
Wait patiently for the kettle to heat up.

Our 12 month Guarantee
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We stand by this product. Therefore we offer a 12 month guarantee on the heating element. The benefits of this guarantee are in addition to any rights and remedies imposed by Australian Consumer Law. Our guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and instances where care and use instructions have not been followed.
What IsAlbi will do:
During this guarantee period IsAlbi will repair, replace or refund any defective product. If identical product is not available for replacement, a similar product may be offered. IsAlbi asks you to cover the cost of postage/transit if the product needs to be sent back to us for inspection. If IsAlbi deems the product is defective, we will reimburse your postage/transit expenses. IsAlbi will be responsible for the postage/transit of the repaired/replacement product back to you.
