Important Safety Instructions
• Read all instructions thoroughly before first
use, even if you are familiar with this type of
product. Keep this manual in a safe place for
future reference.
• This appliance is for keeping warm and
boiling water only. Do not use this kettle
toboil other liquids.
• Always ensure the appliance is plugged into
a power outlet with the same voltage rating
as the appliance. Do not touch the liveplug
when in use. Unplug appliance when not
inuse.
• Check the power cord regularly for visible
damage. If it is damaged, do not use the appliance. A damaged cord must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its authorised service
centres or similarly qualified personnel to
avoid any hazards.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of
atable or counter or touch hot surfaces.
• Do not use the appliance or touch the plug
with wet or damp hands, on a damp floor

or when the appliance itself is wet.
• Do not kink, squash, or strain the power
cord and protect it from sharp edges and
heat, including hot cooking surfaces when
in use. Do not place anything on top of

• Do NOT wrap the cord around the appliance, and never pull the cord to lift, carry or
unplug the appliance. If winding the power
cord, avoid tight bends as this could damage
the cord.
• Do not connect the appliance to an external

switching device such as an external timer
or a separate remote-control system.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, do
NOTimmerse the cord, plug or appliance
in water or other liquids when cleaning. If it
falls into water, immediately unplug it from
the electrical outlet. Do not touch it or reach
into the water.
• This appliance is suitable for indoor domestic use only.

• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
• Do not allow children to play with the appliance. Ensure close supervision of children
when operating the appliance.
• Do not submerge appliance in water or pour
water directly on it.
• When adding water into the kettle, ensure
water level does not exceed the maximum
level mark (MAX). Excess water may boil and
flow out of the kettle.
• Do not cover the spout with fabric. This may
damage the lid and force hot water out.
• Always carry the kettle using the handle. Do
not wrap, tilt or swing the kettle, or open lid
during transportation as sudden movements
may cause hot water and steam to escape
from the lid or vent.
• Ensure lid is securely closed before boiling.
Do not forcefully close the lid.
• Do NOT touch the spout with your hand as
steam will cause scalding.
• Do not open the lid or pour water into the
kettle while boiling. The released steam and
any hot water splatters will cause scalding.
• Do not place the kettle on a cloth or any
unstable surface. This may cause the kettle
to topple and cause scalding.
• Clean the kettle only when completely cold.
Unlock the lid and hold the lid open when
pouring out remaining hot water. Be careful
when doing so as it may gush out and
causeinjury.
• Do not touch the lid unlock button when
moving the kettle. The lid may open suddenly, causing hot water to spill.
• Do not place the kettle close to the wall, furniture or other electrical appliances. Steam
and heat released may damage appliances.
• CAUTION: The heating element surface is
subject to residual heat after use.
• Do not use this kettle without water.
Repeated dry heating will reduce the life
ofthiskettle.
• Misuse of this appliance can potentially
cause injury.
• This appliance is for household and similar
applications only, such as farmhouses, bed
and breakfast and similar household type.
Packaging and Recycling

packaging can be reused, recycled, and
disposed of through specific waste streams.

Before First Use
• Before using your kettle, please read these
operating instructions thoroughly and keep
for future reference.
• Carefully unpack the appliance and remove
any packaging.
• Wipe the outside of the appliance with a soft
damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• Place the kettle on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure it is plugged in and
positioned away from other appliances.
The kettle will admit a beep sound when
plugged in.
• Before first use, fill the kettle it to the MAX
line and boil twice, dumping and refreshing
water each time to sterilize.
Operating Instructions
Boiling Water
This kettle offers a quick boil option. In this
setting the kettle will boil to 100°C and turn
off, always displaying the current water
temperature.
1. Place the kettle on a flat level surface.
2. Pour water into the kettle to your desired
level ensuring that it is above the MIN mark
and below the MAX mark.
3. Close the lid after water is added. Place the
kettle back on the power base.
4. Insert the mains plug (with dry hands) into
the mains socket. You will hear a long beep.
The control panel display will show the
current water temperature.
5. Press the BOIL button to start boiling the
water. A short beep will be heard, and the
kettle will begin the boiling process.
6. When boiling the current water temperature
display will indicate the temperature
in real time, rising by degrees until 100°C
is reached.
7. Once 100°C is reached kettle will beep three
beeps and a light will illuminate. The light
will disappear when the current temperature drops.
8. Press BOIL to stop and resume the
boiling process.
9. Long press the BOIL button to turn off the
kettle. The temperature display will turn off,
while the °C symbol will remain flashing,
indicating that the power is still running.
Note: To exit the boiling mode you can short
press TEMPERATURE button to change to the
selected temperature mode which includes
(80°C – 85°C – 95 °C – 100°C )
Boil To Selected Temperature
This kettle offers temperature control options
to conveniently reach optimal temperature
for your favourite beverage. In this setting
thekettle will also keep the water heated
to the selected temperature, beginning the
boiling process each time the temperature
drops by 5°C.

1. Place the kettle on a flat level surface.

times until you have reached your desired
temperature setting from the 4 preset
options.
6. Once you have selected your temperature
the kettle will beep, and it will begin the
boiling process.

7. When boiling the current water temperature display will indicate the temperature in
real time, rising by degrees until selected
temperature is reached.
8. Once the selected temperature is reached
the kettle will sound three beeps and a light
will illuminate. The light will disappear when
the current temperature drops.
9. The kettle will maintain selected temperature, beginning the boiling process again
each time the current water temperature
drops 5°C below the selected temperature.
10. The selected temperature mode will keep
the water warm for up to 8 hours.
11. To come out of the selected temperature
mode long press the TEMPERATURE button
for approximately 3 seconds. The current
temperature display will show current temperature and cease boiling.
Tips
• It is normal for the kettle to boil to a slightly
higher temperature and cool down to the
selected temperature. For example, if the
selected temperature is 80°C, the kettle may
boil up to 92°C before allowing water to cool
to 80°C.
• The selected temperature mode offers
arange of options: 80°C, 85°C, 90°C, and
95°C. Boil mode on the other hand is solely
for boiling and does not offer temperature
options.
• To exit the specific temperature mode,
long press the TEMPERATURE button. The
current temperature display will indicate
that the appliance is in idle mode, displaying
current temperature.
• To manually turn off the kettle, Long press
the BOIL button to turn off the kettle. The
temperature display will turn off, while the
°C symbol will remain flashing, indicating
that the power is still running.
• If the appliance is plugged in but not used
for a while, The temperature display will
turn off, while the °C symbol will remain
flashing, indicating that the power is still
running. Press the TEMPERATURE button to
make the display visible again.
• Boiled water will gradually cool to the
selected temperature. To resume boiling
from this temperature, long press the
TEMPERATURE button, then press the
BOIL button until 100°C appears on the
control panel display.
• This kettle is suitable for distilled water.
Care Instructions
• Unplug the kettle and allow it to cool
before cleaning.
• Do not use harsh detergents, or abrasive
objects for cleaning. Avoid using scourers
as they may scratch the kettle.
• Wipe the kettle and power base with a soft,
damp cloth, ensuring the power base on
the underside of the kettle stays dry.
• Dry all parts after each use.
• Never immerse the kettle or power base
in water.
• To maintain optimal performance, you
should descale the kettle at least once a
week if used frequently. Descaling helps
remove mineral deposits that accumulate
inside the kettle. Always descale the kettle
before and after storing it for long periods.

Descaling Method A
• Fill the kettle with water up to ¾ of its
maximum capacity (MAX) and boil the water.
• Once the water has boiled, add vinegar and
continue adding until the water reaches the
maximum capacity mark (MAX). Household
vinegar can be used.
• Let the mixture sit for about 12 hours.
• After 12 hours, pour out the water
and wipe away any remaining limescale
using a non-abrasive cloth, sponge, or
cleaning brush.
• Repeat as necessary.

Descaling Method B
• Unplug the kettle and pour out any remaining water. Ensure the kettle is cool.
• Squeeze half a lemon into the kettle or add
120ml of distilled vinegar.
• If there is heavy scale buildup, scrub
the kettle’s interior with a non-scratch
scrub sponge.
• Add 500ml of water and boil the mixture.
• Pour out the mixture and wipe off any
remaining scale with a non-abrasive cloth,
sponge, or cleaning brush.
• Repeat as needed.
Note: For quick descaling, add 45ml of
baking soda to 120ml of vinegar in the kettle.
Swirl the mixture to coat the interior walls,
then wipe with a non-scratch sponge and
pour the mixture out. This method is effective
for removing a thin layer of scale.

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees
that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable losses or damage. You are also
entitled to have the goods repaired if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
We stand by this product and therefore, we
offer a 12-month guarantee. The benefits of
this guarantee are in addition to any rights
and remedies imposed by the Australian
Consumer Law. Our guarantee excludes
normal wear and tear and instances where
care and use instructions have not been
followed.

any defective product. If identical product
is not available for replacement, a similar
product may be offered. IsAlbi asks you
to cover the cost of postage/transit if the
product needs to be sent back to us for
inspection. If IsAlbi deems the product is
defective, we will reimburse your postage/
transit expenses. IsAlbi will be responsible
for the postage/transit of the repaired/
replacement product back to you.
