This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful int erfer enc e, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation

Information to the user

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed t o pr ov ide r easonabl e
protecti on against harmful interferenc e in a resident ial installation. This equipment generates, uses,
and can radiate radio frequenc y ener gy . If not installed and used in acc or danc e with the instructions, it
may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interfer enc e will not occ ur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference
to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user
is encouraged to try and corr ec t t he interference by one or more of the following measure s:

• Reorient or reloc ate the receiving antenna.

• Increase the distance between the equipment and the rec eiv er .

• Connect the equipm ent t o an outlet on a circuit different from that t o which the r ec eiv er is

connected.

The radiated output power of this product is below the FCC radio exposure limits.
Nevertheless, this product shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact
during normal operation is minimized.

The following statement will be put in the product antenna manuals:

“Caution: Exposure to Radio Frequency radiation. Antennae shall be mounted in such a manner to
minimize the potential for human contact during normal operation. In order to avoid the possibility
of exceeding the FCC radio fr equenc y ex pos ur e lim its, human proximity to the antenna s hall not
be less than 20 cm (8 inches) dur ing nor m al oper ation.”

Hyperlink Technologies is not responsible for any radio or television interference caused by unauthorized
modification of the devices included with this IEEE 802.11 Wireless LAN Kit, or the substitution or
attachment of connecting cables and equipment other than specified by Hyperlink Technologies.
The correction of interference caused by such unauthorized modification, substitution or attachment
will be the responsibility of the user.
