GP I :ENERAL RODUCT NFORMATION
This product is suitable for damp locations.
This product can mount to either a 4" square electrical box with
round plaster ring or an octagon electrical box.
CAUTION - RISK OF FIRE
This product must be installed in accordance with
the applicable installation code by a person familiar
with the construction and operation of the product
and the hazards involved.
Use minimum 90°c supply conductors.

Install the Fixture

NOTE:To mount the crossbar assembly:Use the front
crossbar with an electrical box containing a plaster ring;
Use the rear crossbar with an octagonal electrical box.
Mount the crossbar assembly to the electrical box holes with

the two #8-32 screws provided.

Place all wires and wire nut connections properly inside the
electrical box.

Place the fixture canopy onto the crossbar assembly. Level the
fixture vertically; replace and tighten the two #8-32 Phillips
head screws.

Connect the crossbar to a suitable ground according to local
electrical codes.

Connect the white fixture wire to the neutral power line wire
with a wire nut.

Connect the black fixture wire to the hot power line wire with
a wire nut.

Install the Lamp & Shade

Use WattType Twin TubeMAX 13
2GX7 Base Compact Fluorescent Lamp.

Push the lamp pins completely into the socket holes.

Place the glass shade into the socket housing.
