2” Flexible Power Feed Canopy
MONORAIL

This product is suitable for indoor dry locations only.
This product must be used with LBL Lighting MonoRail
system only.
Install the Canopy
NOTE: The 2” Electrical Box and Low voltage
wires must be present in electrical box before
proceeding with these steps. Refer to the
instructions provided with electrical box and
remote transformer.

NOTE: The Power Feed wires may be connected
directly to the transformer, Refer to the
instructions provided with the remote
transformer for connection details.

Loosen the set screws on each strain(Do Not Remove)
relief. Dual Feed will have two set screws on each strain
relief.
Cut the end power feed wires to the desired length.

With a sharp knife cut 1" from the end of the wire web
and separate the wires 8" from each other.

Strip 1/2" off the wire ends and connect them to the low
voltage wires with the provided wire nuts.

Push the power feed wires through the strain reliefs
leaving at least 6” of cord in the back of the canopy for
wire connections.

Re-tighten the set screws.

Properly place the all the wires and wire nut connections

into the electrical box.

Mount the canopy to the electrical box with two #8-32
screws provided.

Completely back out the screw on the power feed caps.

Screw the power feed caps completely to the power feed

housings. Make sure that the power feed cap is not cross
threaded.
Tighten the screw on each power feed cap for proper power

connection.

Connect the Monorail to the standoffs so that the Monorail is
secured in place. Refer to the instruction provided with the
standoff.
Make sure that the transformer power is off.

Place one power feed housing onto one Monorail section and
the other power feed housing on the other Monorail section.
For Dual Power Feed Canopies, make sure that the
Monorail sections are electrically isolated from each
other.
