GP I :ENERAL RODUCT NFORMATION
This product can mount to either a 4" square electrical box with round plaster ring or an octagon electrical box.
This product is suitable for indoor dry locations only.
This product can be dimmed with a standard incandescent dimmer.
CAUTION - RISK OF FIRE
This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
Use minimum 90°c supply conductors.

Install the Fixture

CAP NUT
SHOE HORN BRACKET

Place the button head screw and washer from the inside through one of the canopy holes.
Place the narrow side hole of the shoe horn bracket onto the

exposed button head screw.

Finger tighten the cap nut completely to the button head screw to secure the shoe horn bracket in place.

#8-32 SCREW

Mount the crossbar to the electrical box with the two #8-32 screws.
ELECTRICAL BOX

NOTE:There will be a small gap between the shoe horn
bracket and canopy when the cap nut is completely tighten to button head screw.This gap is necessary when attaching the glass shade to shoe horn brackets.
Repeat step 1 through 3 for the other two shoe horn brackets.

Install the Lamps

Connect the fixture green wire to the ground in accordance with local electrical codes.

Connect the fixture white wire to neutral power line wire with a wire nut.

SOCKET
CAUTION:To reduce the risk of a burn or electric shock during relamping, disconnect the power to the fixture.
Use Volt, WattType A19MAX 100120 Medium Base Lamp With Each Socket.

Connect the fixture black wire to hot power line wire with a wire nut.

Place all wire and wire nut connections inside the electrical box.

CANOPY

For each socket, screw the lamp completely into the socket.

Slide the canopy holes completely onto the crossbar threaded studs.

Tighten the cap nuts completely to the threaded studs to secure the canopy in place.
