Telescoping Rigid Standoff for Surface Mount Transformers
2-Circuit Monorail

This product is suitable for indoor dry locations only.
This product is intended to be used with LBL Surface Mount
Transformers and 2-Circuit Monorail system only.
Install the Rigid Standoffs

CAUTION: This standoff is not applicable with
vaulted ceilings.

Select a location on the ceiling where the 2-Circuit Monorail is
to be mounted.

One way of marking the standoff locations on the ceiling is to
lay the 2-Circuit Monorail on the floor underneath of the
selected location and by using a plumb bob pointing on the
center of the 2-Circuit Monorail, mark the points on the
ceiling.

The other way is to hold the 2-Circuit Monorail directly
against the ceiling and mark the standoff points on the ceiling.

Tap the anchors at the marked points up to the threaded
portion with a hammer.

Screw the anchors in the rest of the way with a Phillips
screwdriver.

#8 SCREW

Insert the #8 screw into the threaded nipple and washer.
Tighten the #8 screw completely into the anchor to secure the
washer and threaded nipple.

Repeat step 4 through 6 for the remaining standoffs.

Adjust the Standoff Height

Loosen the M4 set screw on the support(Do Not Remove)

post with the provided 2 MM Allen wrench and remove the
support post.

Slightly loosen the M3 set screw on the(Do Not Remove)
side of the telescoping post with th 1.5 MM Allen wrench
provided.

Adjust standoff height to match the surface mount transformer
height and tighten the M3 set screw with 1.5 MM Allen
wrench.

Screw the support post completely to the threaded nipple.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for remaining standoffs.

Push the standoff rod completely into the support post and
tighten the M4 set screw with the 2 MM Allen wrench.

Repeat steps 8 through 10 for the remaining standoffs.
