Troubleshooting

1） NO POWER ON: ⑴Check the VDD,VDD_LOG,VDD_ARM voltage;

⑵ Upgraded the software;

⑶ checked the MTK8382 & DDR3 solder.

After inserting the battery, VRTC output voltage of 2V, and then the 32.768 KHz crystal start to work. Now
press the power on/off switch , PMU will working，then the BB inner program start initialing. Press the
power on/off switch about 2s at normal work status, CPU will detect the signal and you will see the power
off item. If not you can check U402, maybe damaged.

2）LCD no Display

1）Check the LCD FPC is in contact normal
2）Replace LCD

3) No touch:

1）Check whether the contact normal TP FPC
2）Check whether the welding good J15 and GSL1680
3）Replace ICGSL1680 and TP

4) WIFI,GPS,FM,BT not work:

1） Changed the WIFI antenna;
2）

This is wifi/BT/GPS RF circuit.ANT_OUT connect to MT6628Q IC.

(U7,MTK6617).

5）No charger:

The U402、U301 & U302

integrate the charger control circuit. When inserting the charging adapter,
CPU detects high level, and start the charging program. To controlled by U301, U302. The R312 is
charge current Resistance. You can check U402, U301, U302 and R312

6) SIM not work:

Changed the U811,MTK 6166

Upgrading Guide

1. copy the "Driver_Auto_installer EXE" file to C disk and unizip it

2.Click " Intall" file (in driver folder) to run it and choose proceed if any warning sentence is

appeared and then the driver will automatically installed and then close it

3.Copy Flash tool zip file into D disk and unizip it.

4.Open the Flash tool folder and run ""Flash_tool. exe" file.

5. When the tool exe is open, click "Scatter-loading" and choose

"MT6582_Android_scatter.txt " file in FW"MR6012H1CW1" folder.

6.. Then change " Download Only" mode to "

Firmware upgrade！！！

"

7. Then click "download" and then connect mobile and pc by usb cable(make sure the tablet

is turn off mode), then the upgrade will be start.

8. After it shows "Download OK" on screen, the firmware upgrade is finished successfully
