INTENDED USE
The leaf blower vac is not intended for wet conditions!
Avoid wet materials such as leaves and dirt, twigs, branches, pine needles, grass, earth, sand,
mulch, cuttings, etc.
Do not use on wet lawns, grass areas or fields. Misuse may lead to congestion in the shredding
unit and lead to reduced functionality.
The machine may need to be completely dismantled and cleaned. This work should be carried out
by a qualified service center and is not covered by guarantee.
The equipment is intended for use by adults. Young people over the age of 16 may use the
equipment only under supervision. The operator or user is responsible for accidents or
damage to other people or their property. The manufacturer is not liable for damages
caused by use other than for the intended purpose or by incorrect operation.

or damaged, return the product to your dealer. Do not attempt to repair the fault yourself as this can
be dangerous and will invalidate your guarantee.

SAFETY INFORMATION
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
Warning!
READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS. Failure to follow all
instructions listed below, may result in fire and/or serious personal injury.
Save These Instructions
1. Do not allow children or infirm persons or untrained people to use this unit.
2. Do not allow children to play with the machine.
3. Do not use this machine for water suction cleaning or animal grooming.
4. Never start or run the engine inside a closed area; breathing exhaust fumes
can kill.
5. Wear eye and hearing protection when operating this product.
6. Keep all bystanders, children, and pets at least 15m away from the working area.
7. Wear heavy long trousers, boots and gloves. To reduce risk of injury, Do not wear
loose fitting clothing, scarves or jewellery of any kind.
8. Do not operate the tool barefoot. Ensure any long hair is tied back.
9. Do not operate this unit when you are tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol,
drugs, or medication.
10. Do not operate in poor lighting.
11. Keep all parts of your body away from any moving parts and all hot surfaces of
the unit.
12. Wear a face mask in dusty conditions to reduce the risk in dust inhalation.
13. Check the work area before each use. Remove all objects such as rocks, broken
glass, nails, wire, or string which can be thrown or become entangled in the
machine.
14. Keep firm footing and balance. Do not overreach. Overreaching can result in loss
of balance or exposure to hot surfaces.
15. Never operate the unit without a spark arrestor screen; this screen is located inside
the muffler.
16. Before storing, allow the engine to cool down.
17. Empty fuel tank and restrain the unit from moving before transporting in a vehicle.
18. To reduce the risk of fire and burn injury, handle fuel with care. It is highly
flammable.
19. Do not smoke while handling fuel.

OPERATING RANGE
This Blower/Vacuum device must only be used to blow away or vacuum dry and light
materials as e.g. dry leaves, small branches, and pieces of paper. The vacuuming of
heavy materials as e.g. metal, stones, big branches and broken glass is expressively
excluded.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
1. Always wear adequate protective clothing when operating the tool to avoid injuries
to face, eyes, hands, feet, head or hearing. Use safety glasses or a face shield,
boots or sturdy shoes, long trousers, work gloves, a hard hat and ear defenders.
2. Do not start the tool when it is upside down or when it is not in the operating position.
3. Switch the engine off when the tool is
not being used,
or left unattended,
or before any cleaning or manteinance
or when moved to another location.
4. Never point the blowing pipe at other persons or animals. Do not blow particles into
the direction of other persons or animals.
5. Always maintain a safe distance of at least 5m between the tool and others around
you and turn the tool off if others come too close to your working area.
6. Do not use the device near open windows.
7. Keep all the air intakes and the blower tube free from dust, lint, hair and other
material that may cause a reduction in the air flow.
8. Keep a balanced and stable stance whilst using the tool.
9. Do not operate the tool in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces or in the presence of
inflammable and/or explosive substances.
10.Do not get distracted and always concentrate on what you are doing. Never operate
the tool when you are tired, sick or under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
11.Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery that can be drawn into the air inlet. Keep long
hair away from the air inlets
12.Do not attempt to pick up breakable objects such as glass, plastics, china etc.
13.Do not use the product in vacuum operation without the collection bag fitted.
14.Do not use the blower/vac in either the vacuum or the blow position on gravel
surfaces.
15.Only operate the tool in daylight or with adequate artificial light.

16.After use, and with the tool switched off, check for any damage. If you have any
doubts, contact an authorized service center. Do not try to repair the tool or access
internal parts yourself.
17.Only use the tool according to the instructions given in this manual.
18.Check regularly that the screws and fixings are tight.
19.Use only genuine spare parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
20.Regularly check the bag for damages. If you detect any damages of the bag,
contact an authorized service center.
21.Do not put fingers, hands or any part of your body into the nozzle or exhaust opening.
22.If the cord becomes damaged during use, disconnect the cord from the supply
immediately.
23.Do not use the appliance if the cord is damaged or worn.
24.Use rakes and brooms to loosen debris before blowing/vacuuming.
25.Keep your hands and feet away from the rotating impeller wheel.
26.Do not vacuum any fluids with this device; this is particular valid for inflammable
fluids as petrol. Do not use the device near such fluids, either.
27.Always switch off the device when:
- you change from blowing to vacuum mode;
- it is left unattended;
- you are going to clean or maintain the device.
28.Use the full blower nozzle extension so the air stream can work close to the ground.
29.Use the device only for the applications defined in this manual. Use only
original spare parts supplied by the manufacturer.
