MANTENIMIENTO

polvillo y los desperdicios del interior del Ventilador.
- NUNCA intente desarma el Ventilador.
- Limpie el cuerpo del Ventilador únicamente con un trapo suave.
- NUNCA use ALCOHOL o SOLVENTES tales como gasolina, bencina, disolvente para pinturas u otros limpiadores
duros.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
CAUTION
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be fol lowed to re duce

Read all instructions before using this Fan.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK OR PERSONAL INJURY, ALWAYS

DO NOT use this fan to ventilate areas where flammable liquids or vapors are used, stored or are present, including paints,
gasoline, varnishes, floor refinishing products or solvents. ALWAYS read and follow all warnings and instructions on the
containers for these products!
ALWAYS be sure the plug fits tightly into the outlet. When plugs fit loosely into outlets, they may slip partially out of the
outlet and create a poor connection. This may cause outlets to overheat and create a potential fire hazard. Outlets in this
condition should be replaced by a qualified electrician.
ALWAYS unplug the power cord when servicing, cleaning or moving the Fan. DO NOT use the ON/OFF switch as the sole
means of disconnecting power. NEVER leave children unattended when the Fan is on or plugged in. ALWAYS turn off and
unplug the Fan when not in use.
BE CERTAIN that the power source for the Fan is 120V AC. DO NOT plug the Fan into 240V or other power source.
The power cord is equipped with a three-prong grounded plug that must be inserted into a matching re cep ta cle. Under no
cir cum stanc es should the grounding prong be cut off the plug. Where a two-prong wall receptacle is encountered, it must
be replaced with a properly ground ed three-prong receptacle in stalled in accordance with the National Elec tri cal Code (NEC)
and all applicable local codes and ordinances. This work must be done only by a qualified electrician, using copper wire only.
USE OF A THREE-PRONG TO TWO-PRONG ADAPT ER IS NOT REC OM MEND ED. IM PROP ER CON NEC TION MAY CREATE

• AVOID the use of extension cords, power strips, power taps, outlet style air fresheners or other cord connected device, as these

•DO NOT route power cord in or through areas such as doorways or where the cord may be damaged or create a
tripping hazard.
•NEVER use a single extension cord to operate more than one Fan or other electrical device.
•DO NOT use this Fan in a window. Rain may create an electrical hazard.
•Remote controls for other appliances or electronic equipment can sometimes interfere with the operation of this Fan. If this occurs,
move the Fan to another location.
•Keep Fan remote control unit away from chairs and your bed where it may be sat or laid upon and inadvertently turn on the Fan.
•DO NOT use this Fan if it has been damaged or is not functioning properly.
•THIS FAN DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF NEC ARTICLE 547-7 (2008).This Fan is not suitable for use in agricultural
facilities including areas where livestock, poultry or other animals are confined. Please refer to National Electric Code (NEC) Article
547-7 (2008), or applicable state or local codes or standards relating to electrical requirements for agricultural buildings.
•THIS FAN DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF NEC ARTICLE 500 (2008).This Fan is not suitable for use in hazardous
locations. Please refer to National Electric Code (NEC) Article 500 or applicable state or local codes or standards relating to electrical
requirements for hazardous locations.
NOTICE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the

FUNCIONAMIENTO (Figura 1)
1. Cuidadosamente retire el Ventilador de la caja.
2. Coloque el ventilador sobre una superficie firme y nivelada.
Los tacos de plástico o hule, tales como las patas de esta unidad,
pueden pegarse a la superficie de los muebles. La unidad podría
dejar un residuo capaz de oscurecer, manchar o dejar marcas
permanentes en el acabado de ciertas superficies de muebles,
incluyendo superficies y pisos de madera.

para que trabe en cada posicion. Asi que cuando ajuste el angulo
del ventilador oira un sonido lo cual es normal.
6. Conecte la energía eléctrica a su ventilador pulsando el Botón
Alimentación (
) en el Ventilador.
7. VELOCIDAD DEL VENTILADOR: Ahora puede ajustar la velocidad del ventilador al nivel deseado - Alta, Mediana ó Baja
- pulsando el Botón Velocidad ( ) en el Ventilador.
8. FUNCIÓN DE TEMPORIZADOR: Este ventilador tiene un
temporizador que le permite fijar el tiempo de funcionamiento
pulsando el Botón Función de Temporizador ( ), ubicado en
la zona de los controles en el ventilador. Pulse la tecla una vez
para dos hora de funcionamiento, dos veces para cuatro horas
y tres veces para ocho horas. Si se pulsa por cuarta vez, el
ventilador vuelve al modo de funcionamiento continuo.
9.Después de apagar el Ventilador, desconecte la unidad del
tomacorriente eléctrico.

CONTROL REMOTO:
Todas las funciones realizadas con el Control Remoto funcionan idénticamente
a los controles manuales. (Figura 2).
1. Instale la baterías suministró como mostrado en la Figura 2. La batería
es el tipo “AAA”.

PARA MONTAR EN LA PARED:
ESTE VENTILADOR se DEBE MONTAR EN UNA SUPERFICIE
PLANA ESTRUCTURALMENTE SOLIDA.
Sólo uso #6-32 X 1" tornillos para montar este Ventilador. La longitud del tornillo debe ser lo suficientemente larga para ajustarse
al clavo pared. Si un clavo no puede ser montado ni si el Ventilador
se monta en una pared utilice unas anclas mas covenientes para
este tipo de montaje.
Al montar el Ventilador a la pared, el conjunto de cuerda se debe
localizar entre el Cuerpo del Ventilador y la Yunta del Ventilador.
