Operating instructions and usage policy without localised Laser Health and Safety guidance and professional installation: The laser systems of the Laserworld Garden Star Series are intended for private use. If this laser system is used in public space, there will be other directives for class 3R. This device is no toy and must not be operated by minors or children!
For public installations, please contact your local Laserworld representative for guidance upon instal­lation with support from a Local HSE (Health and Safety Executive). With clear professional advice and qualied installation by a recognised HSE or LSO (Laser Safety Ocer), the Garden lasers are suitable for installation in public areas if installed to the local legal requirements for safe use.

2. Preliminary warning notices
1. Please use this device only according to these operating instructions.
2. Do not use the device if there are any visible damages on housing, power adapter or power
cords.
3. Never look directly into the light source of a laser projector.
4. This device is manufactured according to protection class IP65. It is dust-proof and protected against temporar y submergence. Do not operate the device under water.
3. Initial operations, safety instructions
1. Make sure to use correct voltage; see infor-
mation in this manual.
2. Make sure that the device is not connected
to mains during installation.
3. Installation has to be done according to sa-
fety regulations of the respective country.
4. If the device has been exposed to great
temperature changes, do not switch it on immediately. Condensation may damage device.
5. Never use dimmer, RC or other electroni-
cally switched sockets.
6. Ensure sucient ventilation and do not
place the device on any warm or heat radi-
ating surface. Ensure that the device does not get overheated.
7. Operating temperatures: -20° C to +40° C.
8. The operation of the device below -15°C
may result in reduced output power and below that temperature laser output may stop. This is not a deciency, but derives from general physical principles. When the temperatures rise above the given tempe­ratures the laser runs at normal level again.
9. This unit is intended for indoor and outdoor
use.
10. Do not open the device! This product has
no user serviceable parts inside. Danger of laser radiation!

5. Installation, operation and advices
1. Choose a suitable indoor or outdoor location for your laser light eect.
2. Installation:
• Bolt the angle bracket together using the screw included in delivery.
• Screw the angle bracket to the thread on the bottom of the laser unit. Make sure to only
hand-tighten the angle bracket to not tear out the thread.
• Screw the stake to the other end of the angle bracket, make sure to only hand-tighten
3. Connect the psu adapter to the power cable of the device. Connect the power adapter to mains.
4. Your laser device starts to project immediately.
5. Disconnect the device from mains to switch o the laser light eect.
PRECAUTIONARY ADVICES FOR THE REMOTE CONTROL
The remote control should be kept dry and away from heat sources. Avoid humidity. If the device responds erratically to the remote control or doesn‘t respond at all, check the battery. Do not subject the remote control to undue physical stress, such as striking or dropping it. Do not attempt to clean the remote control with a volatile solvent. Wipe it with a clean, damp, soft cloth when cleaning.
PRECAUTIONARY ADVICES FOR BATTERY INSTALLATION
Dead battery is to be removed from the product. Only use CR2025 3 V lithium cell replacement battery. When not using the remote control for an extended period of time, remove the battery and store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Do not ingest the battery: Chemical Burn Hazard. If the button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause several internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product. If you think battery might has been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immedately medical attention.

6. Remote controller operation
OPERATING THE LASER PROJECTOR Once the laser light eect is turned on, it will enter the default mode with the laser on and the auto­matic timer in 6 hours on and 18 hours o mode. Use the included remote control to change these settings.
OPERATING THE TIMER This laser light eect has a built-in timer that is designed to automatically shut o after 6 hours of operation. It will go into sleep mode for 18 hours and resume its operation thereafter. The timer will turn on once the light is plugged in. The timer can be changed to 4 hours on/20 hours o and 8 hours on/16 hours o.
OPERATING THE REMOTE CONTROL Use the included infrared remote control to operate the laser light eect features. Infrared signal does not go through solid objects, such as windows, walls, trees, shrubs, etc. Make sure there is a clear line of sight between you and the xture. Point the remote control at the FACE of the laser light eect xture, where the receiver is located. The remote operates up to 20‘ (6.1 m) of unobstructed distance away from the face of the xture.

ON/OFF: Turns the device on & o. When turning the laser light eect o, the device will save all current settings so that the device will resume with the latest mode when turning it on again.
COLOR: Push the color button and seven dierent colors cycle through (Green, Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink, White, Thiel) Available modes: STATlC MOTION, CHASING, PULSE, FADE, FLASH.
BRIGHTNESS+: lncreases the brightness of the laser light. Pushing the button persuades the maximum brightness. Available modes: STATIC MOTION, CHASING, PULSE, FADE.

BRIGHTNESS-: Decreases the brightness of the laser light. Red, Green and Blue fIashing indicates the minimum brightness. Available modes: STATIC MOTION, CHASING, PULSE, FADE.
STATIC: Push the button; the device will project static pattern at any mode.
MOTION SPEED: This button controls the motor rotating speed. By pushing the button, the laser light eect cycles through three dierent statuses: Slow, Medium and Fast. Available functions: COLOR, BRIGHTNESS+ and BRIGHTNESS-.
CHASING: This mode makes each available laser light color ash in sequence. By pushing the button, the laser light eect chases in two dierent speeds: fast and slow. Available functions: COLOR, BRIGHT­NESS+ and BRIGHTNESS-.
PULSE: This mode makes a smooth transition through all available laser colors. By pushing the button, the laser light eect pulses in two dierent speeds: fast and slow. Available functions: COLOR, BRIGHT­NESS+ and BRIGHTNESS-.
FADE: This mode cycles through Red, Green and Blue in a fading transition. By pushing the button, the laser light eect fades in two dierent speeds: fast and slow. Available functions: COLOR, BRIGHTNESS+ and BRIGHTNESS-.
TWINKLE: This mode makes a ash eect. Each push of the button cycles through one of two dierent speeds: fast and slow. Available function: COLOR.
4h: Push the button. Red dots are ashing 3 times; indicate the previous timer will be canceled and the device will be 4 hours on and 20 hours o. The device will be on automatically every day.
6h: This is default working time. Push the button. The device only projects green dots ashing 3 times; indicates the previous timer will be canceled and the device will be 6 hours on and 18 hours o. The device will be on automatically every day.
8h: Push the button. The device only projects blue dots ashing 3 times; indicates the previous timer will be canceled and the device will be 8 hours on and 16 hours o. The device will be on automatically every day.

7. Service notes
• Quick on/o switching of this device can dramatically reduce lifetime of the laser diode.
• Avoid sharp knocks and shocks to this device and ensure sucient protection during transportation. Look after your Laserworld product.
• Disconnect the device from mains when it is not needed.
• The devices of the Garden Star Series are not meant for professional applications.
• Damages on the device caused by im­proper handling, neglect of the safety instructions and service notes will void warranty.
