Caution:
This unit should not be Adjusted or repaired by anyone except the qualified service personnel.
Important:
Since the movement of the CD mechanism and the sensitive circuitry may cause interference to the radio
tuner nearby, please switch this unit off while operating other radio devices.
Precautions for use
Installation
• Unpack all parts and remove protective material.
• Do not connect the unit to the mains before checking the main voltage and before all other connections
have been made.
• Do not cover any vents and make sure that there are several centimeters of space around the unit for
ventilation.
AC Connection
1. Connect the detachable power cord to the AC socket (21) and the other end to the AC outlet.
2. When you first plug the unit into the mains, the unit will go into standby mode.
3. Press the On/Standby button (2) to turn on the unit. If the LCD display (6) is on with backlighting, it
means the power supply is normal. Now your system is ready to play music.
DC connection
For DC operation, please insert 8 pcs size C (UM-2) batteries into the compartment (22) as below direction
and unplug the AC socket (21) during operating with battery.
