Quick Guide
Declaration
Thank You for purchasing our personal media player.
This manual contains detailed information and
instructions to help get the most out of your digital MP4
player.
Please read this manual carefully before using your new
player.

NOTICE
Please switch on the player before charging (Push
the ON/OFF switch to “ON”). This player cannot
be charged with the ON/OFF switch in the “OFF”
position.
When connecting to the computer for le transfer,
please leave the ON/OFF switch in the “OFF” position
to conserve the battery.
For day to day use, the best way to turn the player
OFF is to Press and hold the “play” button for about
3 seconds to suspend the player. The player is
started again by the same method and you will be
returned to the last used screen.
Please switch off the power if you are not using the
player for long periods.
Do not use this player in extreme hot, cold, dusty or
wet environments.
Do not drop the player.
Images shown in this manual may vary slightly
from the actual product.

Know your player
Exterior and Key (Diagram 1)

Remarks:
Power On: Move the power switch to the “ON” Position.
Press and hold the “PLAY” button to power on.
Power Off: Move the power switch to the “OFF” Position
OR Long press” PLAY” button to power
off when the player is on.
Music
1. Insert the earphones into the hole.
2. Move the power switch to the “ON” position. Press
and hold the “PLAY” button to power on.
3. Use the “Prev” or “Next” Button to select the
“Music” feature. Press the “ OK” button to enter
music playback mode.
4. Press the “ok” button to start music playback of
current le. Press “PLAY” button again to pause
playback.
5. Choosing music les:
“Prev”: To choose the previous music le.
“Next”: To choose the next music le.
6. Volume control: In music playing mode, short press
“OK” button twice. Then short press “VOL-“, to
decrease volume; short press “VOL+” to increase

volume. The display will revert to playback mode
after a few seconds from the last button pressed or
by pressing the “Menu” button.
7. Please see the diagram below for a description of
icons displayed in Music playback mode.

Music Play Back Options
These features can be accessed during Playback mode
while the track is playing.
1. During playback, Long press the “OK ” button
to access the playback features. Will show
the submenu : <Repeat>,<Select EQ>, <Set
Sound>, <Variable Speed>, <Lyric Display>,
<Add Bookmark>, <Add to mylist>, <Delete the
File>,<Information>
2. Use the “Prev” or “Next” button to select the
feature and then press the “OK” button to select.
Once the selection is made, press “ MENU” to
return to playback mode.
3. To exit the options menu and return to playback
mode, press and hold the “MENU” button.

(Sequence)

(Repeat All)
Plays and repeats all music

(Shufe)
Plays all the music les in
the current folder in random
order.

Select EQ
The following preset Equaliser (EQ) settings are
available
· Normal · Rock
· Pop · Classic
· Soft · Jazz
· DBB · SRS WOW
· SRS WOWHD ·SRS User Mode
Use the “OK” button to select the required EQ setting.
1. Press “next” to choose “Equaliser”
2. Press “OK” to enter “Equaliser”

3. Press “next” to choose, short press “OK” to conrm.
4. When selection is made, press “ MENU” to return to
playback mode.
Video
(this feature requires video les to be converted prior to
being transferred to player)
1. From the Main Menu use the “Prev” or “Next”
Button to select the “Videos” feature. Press the
“OK” button to enter Video playback mode.
2. Press the “OK” button to start video playback of
current le. Press “Play” again to pause playback.
3. Choosing music les from the Video main menu:
<Now playing>,<Dir List>,<Tag List>
4. “Prev”: To choose the previous video le.
5. “Next”: To choose the next Video le.
Movie Playback Submenu
These features can be accessed during Playback mode
while the track is paused. Long press “ ok” to enter
submenu as follow:

Sequence: Plays current music le
Sequencely
Repeat one: Repeats current
music le.
Repeat all: Plays and repeats all
music les.
Shufe: Plays all the music les
in the current folder in random
order.
Add Bookmark
Add the current songs and time to
the tags list and return to playback
mode

Delete the playing video le
Information
File information
FM Radio
This feature requires the earphone to be tted to the
player. The radio will not work without the earphones
being connected. When earphones are NOT connected,
no sound will be heard through the internal.

1. Enter the main menu
2. Press “next” to select “FM Radio” mode
3. Press “OK” to enter FM mode as below diagram:
4. Automatic search:
Press and hold “ Prev” or “next” button, the player
will search automatically and will stop when a
station is found; if you want to stop researching,
press “Prev” or “next”.

FM Radio Submenu
These options can be accessed while FM radio feature
is running. Long press the “OK” button to access these
features

Photo
This feature displays Jpeg and BMP les that are stored
on the player.
Enter the Main Menu and use the “Prev” or “next” to
select the Photo icon and then press “OK “button”. The
Main Menu included :<Dir List>, <Play Mode>, < Now
playing>

Camera
Select the “Camera” in the main surface and press “OK
“button to enter.
1. Press “ OK” to take a picture
2. Adjust focus: press “Next” to zoom in and press
“Prev” to zoom out.
3. Pls see the diagram below for a description of icons
displayed in Camera mode.

Video Camera
1. Select the “ Video Camera” in the main surface and
then press “OK “button” to enter,
2. Press “ OK” button to start recording and press it
again to pause. Press “ MENU” to exit, the system
will automatically save the le before exit.

displayed in Video Camera mode.
Extras
Select “ Extras” in the main menu surface , press “OK”
button to enter , the submenu will be shown as follow:
Stopwatch
Select Stopwatch and press “OK” button to enter.
Press “ OK” button to start/pause/continue counting.
Press “OK” button to save the current counting and
start a new one. At the 5th counting, press “ OK”
button to re-start the 1st counting to continue.
When counting is paused, press “MENU” to show
Clear box to clear counting record.

Calculator
Select Calendar and press “OK” button to enter.
Press “ PLAY” to move left and right. Press “ PREV”
or “NEXT” to move up and down.
Press“ OK” button to conrm. Press “ MENU” to exit.

Recordings
a) Press “ OK” to enter recordings interface.
Press “ PLAY” to start a recording.
b) Pls see the diagram below for a description of
icons displayed in Recording mode.

c) Start\Pause\Stop Recording
Press “OK” button to switch between record and pause
record. Press “MENU”, the system will prompt “Stop
Record?”, select <OK> or <Cancel> and press “OK”
button to conrm and return to the recording interface.

The recorded le will be saved in the <Music-Record
List-Voice>.
When the recording pauses, press “MENU” to save the
recorded le.
Setup
Select “ Setting” in the main surface , press “ OK”
button to enter to setting main menu.

Introduction of each item of appendix
Effect setting
Select interface displaying effect:
Normal, Push.
Date & Time
Set the date and time
Language
Sets Required language for display.
22 choices.
Display
Backlight: Off, 5S, 10S, 20S, 30S,
1M and 5M. If the backlight time is
off, then no black screen. If it is not
off, the screen will turn black if no
operation during the set duration.
Backlight Brightness: 1-5 level

Power Saving
Idle Time:
Off, 10S, 30S, 1M, 3M, 5M and 10M.
If the power saving is off, the player
will not shut down automatically,
if it is not off, the player will shut
down in case no operation during
the set duration.
Sleep Mode:
Off, 10M, 30M, 1Hr, 2Hr, 3Hr, 4Hr
and 5Hr.

Submenu included :Player
Information, Format Memory, Set
Owner, System Check, Reset

Converting Video les
Video les must be converted prior to being
downloaded to the player.
1. Install the Media Player Tool 5.20 program as
supplied on the software CD.
2. When the installation is complete, launch the
AMV converter tool from the main menu on
your computer.
>START>PROGRAMS> Media Player Tool
5.20>AMV CONVERTOR.

3. Use the Browse icon next to the “Input File”
eld to locate the le to be converted.
4. Use the Browse icon next to the “Output le”
icon to select the destination for the converted
le.
5. Make sure that the “select” box is ticked.
6. Click on the
button to begin the
conversion process.
7. The le conversion progress will be displayed is
the Status eld.
8. Copy the converted le to the player.

Troubleshooting
SYMPTOM REMEDY
No Power Ensure you have switched the
player on.
Ensure that the battery is fully
charged

No Sound Ensure the volume is not set to
‘0’ position.
Check the connection to
earphones is correct.
Ensure the earphones are clean
& not blocked
Damaged MP3 les may appear
to play but generate

Check USB cable, and make

format. Music les must be
WMA or MP3 with no copy

Ensure that video les have been
converted prior to downloading
to the player.
