This low cost,compact indicator is ideallysuited for low orhighvolume applications. The meterfeatures a 9 segmentLCD to display 1Vd.c.
full scalereading. Other voltagesand currents canbe measured viathe addition of2 scaling resistors. The meter can be used in applications
where the orderofmagnitude of the reading ismoreimportant than the valueofthereading itself. It allowstheoperatorto scan the display
and receive aquick visual feedback. Installationisparticularly easy; the modulerequires only a singleroundhole in the panel.A rubber seal
is included, providing splashproof protection for the unit whenfittedtothemeterduringinstallation.

PANELFITTING
Drill a5.5mm / " holein the panel. Fit seal tothe rear ofthe module. Fit the module to the panel by passing its screw threaded studand the wiresthrough the
hole, fitting the washer and tightening the nut. Take care not to trap any of the connecting wires. Do not to overtighten the nut as this may damage the meter.

SCALING
Two external resistors may be used to alter the full scale
reading of the meter - see table for sample values.
Alternatively, use the following formulae to calculate Ra
and Rb. Select the nearest available standard resistor. To
achieve optimum accuracy, use1%metalfilmresistors.
