I. Installation & Maintenance
I. Re-lamping
1. Remove the 4 screws located at the bottom
of the lamp.
2. Pull cap gently and evenly away from the
xture.
3. Remove LED tube and replace (must use
our LEDT8-F15 bulb).
4. Slide assembly back into handle and fasten
securely with the 4 screws.
II. Maintenance
Make sure that power is OFF before servicing
or replacing any parts. Maintenance should be
performed in non-hazardous areas.
To maintain peak efciency, clean the exterior
daily.
Check cable for severe abrasion, cuts or
breaks and replace if necessary.

I. Warnings
WARNING: Risk of electric shock - never
connect to, disconnect from or service while
equipment is energized.
WARNING: Risk of re - Lamps are hot.
Keep combustible material away from the
hot parts. Observe lamp manufacturer’s
warnings, recommendations and restrictions
on lamp operation and maintenance. Make
sure lamps are correctly installed.
DO NOT use this electrical equipment for
anything other than its intended use.
The use of accessory equipment is not
recommended by the manufacturer and will
void product listing and warranty, and may
cause unsafe conditions.
Any service on this equipment should be
performed by qualied personnel only.
Make sure to always check the voltage on
the xtures nameplate before use.
While this xture is explosion proof,
the cord cap is NOT. The plug should
always be used outside of any hazardous
location.
