ADJUSTMENT
DEUTSCH CONNECTOR
LED LAMP
Golight LED Spotlight w/Telescoping Pole
Do not attempt operation until you are familiar with all warni ngs, prec a uti ons, and pr oc edures outl in ed with in t his instruction sheet. Read carefully before operating. Retain these instructions for future reference.
WARNING:
KEEP PLUGS AND RECEPTACLES DRY.
DO NOT TOUCH HOT LENS OR ENCLOSURE.
DO NOT REMAIN IN LIGHT IF SKIN FEELS WARM.
DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT LIGHTED LAMP.
KEEP LAMP AWAY FROM MATERIALS THAT MAY BURN.
USING THE TRIPOD
1. Utilize a pre-existing pole mount or purchase a TPM-MOUNT.
2. Place telescoping pole in mount and secure.
3. Place LED Go lig ht lamp over the top pole and tighten hand screw.
4. Loosen the black adjustment knob for each adjustment sleeve to extend the
tripod. Start with the top section when lifting.
5. Tighten adjustment knob once desired height is achieved.
VEHICLE WIRING
Connect cord to light via the deutsch connector and coil cord to
Voltage: 12V DC cigarette plug receptacle.
A single 2-pin Deuts c h IPD / LADD DT 04-2P connector allows for quic k connections to and from spotlight. P lug the Deutsch Connector int o the the light, and connect o ther end to a compatible power source (12V DC). For cords supplied with flying leads, attach the positive and negative leads to their respective polarities on your power source. For cords with cigarette plugs, connect to matching receptacle.

LED OPERATION
Wireless Dash Control BATTERY INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL FOR TRANSMITTER
Remove battery cover: f or wireles s hand-held trans mitter, rem ove Phillips head sc rew to remove cover. With battery compartm ent now exposed, insert b atteries according to the correct polarit y or gently remove batteri es by grabbing the posit ive end and lifting up.
PROGRAMMABLE REMOTE INSTRUCTIONS
The LED spotlight is controlled with a programmable remote with 2187 different channels. This feature allo ws you the freedom to change the c hannel selection, and the receiver relearns the new selection. T his light has been pre-programm ed at the factory, and it is not n ecessary to re-program the tra nsmitter, unless you experience outside interference.
To program transmitter:
1. IMPORTANT: Disconnect power.
2. Remove battery cover from remote control.
3. Set the 7 dip switches to a selecti on of your choice. There are 3 positions on each ; pos iti ve, n ega ti ve and neutral. Use
a small screwdriver and select a position for each dip switch. *Please note that the orientation of the +/- switch positions may vary among different models of wireless remote controls.
4. Insert both GP 23A 12V batteries. Be sure batteries have adequate charge.
5. Replace battery cover. a. Depress the on/off button and hold it down. Red LED will light.

b. While holding the on/off button down, reinstall the power (replace fuse or connect vehicle battery). c. Keep on/off button depressed for 5-6 seconds, and then release. The light should now be programmed.
OPERATION OF SPOTLIGHT
1. Using the remote control, turn on the light by depressing the on/ off button.
2. With the joystick on the dash control, rotate your light to the desired location.
3. The speed of the light rotation can be controlled by depressing the fast/slow button one time and by depressing
it again to restore the original speed.
4. The hard wired dash control will be backlit when the bu lb is illum inate d.

USE AND CARE
Always check damaged or worn out parts before using the work light. Broken parts will affect operation. When not in use, store work light in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use.
MAINTENANCE
Maintain your work light. It is recommended that the general condition of any work light be examined before it is used. Keep your work light in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance. Have necessary repairs made by qualified service personnel.
