WORKING PRINCIPLE
Pneumatic double membrane pumps for industrial pumping of liquids and highly corrosive and aggressive acids. Characterised by their high performance, high power and sturdiness, which make them suitable for pumping liquids with high viscosity, including in the presence of suspended solids. They meet the working needs of the chemical, textile, food, ecological, graphics, tanning, ceramics, electronics, galvanic, oil, paint, biodiesel, urea pumping and other industries
TECHNICAL DATA
B
The compressed air introduced by the pneumatic exchanger behind one of the two diaphragms generates compression and pushes the product into the delivery duct, at the same time, the opposing diaphragm that is integral with the exchanger shaft creates a vacuum and intakes the fluid.
Once the stroke has been completed, the pneumatic exchanger diverts the compressed air behind the opposing diaphragm and the cycle is reversed.

DESCRIPTION
C
OF THE EQUIPMENT
The LARIUS 4 pump is a double diahragm pneumatic pump to be used for transfer of low and medium viscosity uids. It is essentially composed of two chambers which are placed on suctio and on delivery alternatively thanks to the action of two membranes in teon connected to a shaft in reciprocating traverse motion. The reciprocating motion is obtained through a proper compressed air driver reversal device (pilot valve).
