Your office may be smaller. But, your workload isn’t. The centralized,
all-in-one Lanier MP C2003/MP C2503 can handle nearly any document
management request — day after day — with reliability and efficiency.
It delivers black-and-white or full-color output at speeds up to 25 ppm.

It includes an Automatic Reversing Document Feeder (ARDF) for easy

document handling. Plus, it can accommodate up to 2,300 sheets of
paper in a compact footprint for extended use without interruptions.

customizable, so it can enhance the way you work. Its innovative,
intuitive home screen allows you to add shortcuts to programs, web
pages and frequently used tasks via easy-to-identify icons. Adjust the
home screen layout to accommodate the preferences for every user with
the touch of a button. Check system status, job history and current jobs
in moments. Plus, it includes factory default keys for more shortcuts to
optional third-party solutions, applications and common tasks.

Whether it’s a flyer to showcase a new house to prospective buyers or
a business proposal for a new client, the Lanier MP C2003/MP C2503
enables you to produce almost any document in brilliant, dynamic
colors with incredible clarity, with resolution up to 1200 dpi. These
new systems even calibrate colors automatically — without
compromising output speed — for consistent and stable color.

How can I be more productive?

Choose the Lanier MP C2003/MP C2503 to perform more tasks in less
time. It offers exceptional recovery times — warm-up time is less than
20 seconds and recover y from sleep mode is less than 6 seconds — so
it’s ready to work when you are. Auto Job Promotion prioritizes jobs
that are ready to print in the print queue and places them ahead of jobs

that have been stopped due to errors and other reasons. Users can scan

and copy two-sided documents, like identification cards, on a single
sheet of paper. Plus, the control panel offers animated, step-by-step
guidance for easier, faster jam removal.

Sometimes deals hinge on your ability to get the right document
to the right person within moments. The Lanier MP C2003/MP C2503
lets you scan color or black-and-white originals to shared folders,
PC media cards and other locations, so they can be shared with

anyone, anywhere. It includes Distributed Scan Management
(DSM) to automate many scanning functions and to create a set

of rules for user permissions, file types and more. Plus, it offers
an optional embedded OCR scanning feature so you can create

searchable and editable PDF files for advanced indexing and

retrieval of your scanned documents.

10.1" wide Super VGA Smart Operation Panel that enables users
to quickly transition from one task to another with the same
functionality and speed you’ve come to expect from today’s
leading smart device technologies. Other benefits include a wide
range of useful widgets that gives users a quick peek at the time,
date and toner levels.

wider array of tasks than most. Fortunately, the Lanier MP C2003/
MP C2503 can simplify almost any document management job,
keeping more jobs in house with a host of versatile media options.
It supports up to 12" x 18" and SRA3/12.6" paper sizes*, enabling
you to output more images on a page. Plus, you can print on thicker
paper stock — up to 169 gsm for duplex and 300 gsm for simplex
— to churn out postcards, printed envelopes, posters and more with

outstanding quality for unmatched value from an in-house MFP.

*Larger sized stocks may require Imageable Area Extension option.

Convenience everywhere you go

Just because you’re out of the office doesn’t mean you’re out of luck. The
Lanier MP C2003/MP C2503 offers exceptional mobile capabilities to keep
business moving as quickly as you do. An embedded Web Browser option

allows you to connect directly to Lanier Integrated Cloud Environment (ICE),

where you can scan documents, share files and print from any web-enabled

device, without investing in on-premise software. You can use a USB or
SD card to carry your work with you and print it when you return to the

office. You can also leverage the powerful features and functionality of the
MP C2003/MP C2503 directly from your smartphone or tablet through

the Smart Device Print&Scan app. This versatile technology helps you

easily print from a variety of applications without the need to download
device specific drivers. Now you can save documents on a smart device as
scanned data or send scanned data to Cloud storage so your documents
are always readily available.

Security for every document

From purchase contracts to financial documents to personnel files, your

office distributes sensitive information. Help protect it while protecting your
control too. The Lanier MP C2003/MP C2503 includes user authentication
to ensure only authorized users have access to critical documents and

device functions. Documents can be stored at the device until a user
enters a passcode or swipes an ID card to release them. An embedded

copy prevention watermark masks proprietary information when a
user attempts to copy a document without entering an authorization

code into the system. Plus, the MFP has encrypted PDF transmission to
protect confidential PDFs and DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS) to

automatically destroy latent images and data on the hard drive.

We’ve designed the Lanier MP C2003/MP C2503 to save energy and
resources — especially yours. It offers several automated features, including

programmed shut down and power up. Use it to conserve energy during

downtimes or when you’re out of the office. Automated duplexing reduces
paper and operating costs. Innovative PxP
contributing to a quick start-up time from sleep mode, which means
that your system will be ready when you are. You can also see for yourself

Paper Trays that hold 550 sheets each. A standard Bypass Tray holds
an additional 100 sheets. All three trays accept multiple paper types
and weights. Tray two and the Bypass Tray accommodate envelopes for
