SHORT/BID SPECIFICATION
Cheesemelter shall be a LANG Manufacturing Model 1__ [specify
width: 24, 36 or 48 inches]-___ [specify style: -CM Counter, CMPT Pass-Through or –CMW Wall Mount] unit with 1200 Watts
per foot of electric infrared quartz heaters; Weight-of-Plate instant
ON/OFF and constant heat setting; large, unrestricted plate opening; four position adjustable plate rack; and all the features listed
and the options/accessories checked:

• One year, parts & labor
• 90 day warranty on quartz heaters
