taketimetoreadthisusermanualandtofamiliariseyourselfwiththecontrolfunctionsandfacilitiesavailable
Beforeswitchingon
Afterunpackingyouramplifiercheckthatitisfactoryfittedwithathreepin'grounded'(orearthed)plug.Beforepluggingintothepowersupplyensureyouare connectingtoagroundedearthoutlet.
Ifyoushouldwishtochangethefactoryfittedplugyourself,ensurethatthewiringconventionapplicabletothecountrywheretheamplifieristobeusedis strictlyconformedto.AsanexampleintheUnitedKingdomthecablecolourcodeforconnectionsareasfollows:

WhenyoufirstreceiveyourLaneyTubeFusionamp,followthesesimpleprocedures:
1.Ensurethattheamplifierissetatthecorrectvoltageforthecountrywithinwhichitistobeused.
2.Ensurethatthespeakerisconnectedtotheappropriatesocket.
3.Connectyourinstrumentwithahighqualityshieldedinstrumentcable.Useofcheapcableswillcompromiseboththesoundofyourinstrumentandyour amplifier.
