Assembly Instructions for D1152 Square Perforated Table, Portable
To prevent scratching on any of the finished pieces, we recommend assembling the unit on packing
material (paper and cardboard). Do not drag assembled unit on any surface. The assembly is a two-
person operation.
Cleaning Recommendations
For cleaning, use mild household cleansers or soap and water.
Do not use vinyl cleansers or protectants.

Note: Before assembling the nuts to the bolts, it is recommended that a light oil or petroleum jelly be applied to the bolt threads.
1. Place table top upside down on level surface.
2. Align holes in supports with holes in table top as shown in Diagram #1.
3. Place 1 ¼” bolts through holes, with washers on both sides, and attach nuts to bolts as shown
in Diagram #2, leaving finger tight.
4. Insert rubber feet in outer holes on bottom of supports using the rubber mallet.
5. Align holes in cross brace with holes in supports as shown in Diagram #1.
6. Place 2 ½” screws through holes, with washers only on the nut side and attach the nuts, leaving
finger tight.
7. Turn table upright.
8. Level the table top.
9. Tighten all hardware. (Note: Try not to spin the coated screws. Try to tighten those fasteners
by spinning the nut, only.) Retighten all hardware two weeks after initial assembly.
