PRO CE DURE
1. Use the pipet (0352) to add 5 drops of sample water to one of the test
tubes (1085).
2. Add one *Chlorine DPD #1 Tablet (6903) to this tube. Crush
thoroughly with the stirring rod (0792).
3. Fill the other three test tubes to the line with sample water.
4. Place two of these tubes in position as blanks in the axial reader
(2071) following the instructions in the manual. Place the distilled
water ampoule in position in the comparator.
5. Add 8 drops of Glycine Solution (6811) to the third tube full of
sample. Cap and mix.
6. Pour the treated sample from this tube into the tube in step 2
containing the crushed tablet. Cap and mix.
7. Remove cap and place tube in sample position in the axial reader.
8. Following the directions in the axial reader manual, read the test
result in ppm Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2).
