Specifications:
Unit shall be Lakeside model 682 Serv n' Express and feature a stainless steel base with
laminate exterior. Two standard base models are available, 682-10 counter shall be a flat
stainless steel working surface. Model 682-20 shall include three cut-outs in the stainless
steel working surface for 12" x 20" (305 x 508mm) pans (not included). Unit shall feature a
black laminate serving counter, enclosed on three sides with front enclosure to be clear
acrylic. Unit base shall have three interior stainless steel compartments. The center
compartment shall have a built-in laminate shelf with a 5" (127mm) clearance, custom clearances are available. Unit shall have stainless steel heavy-duty tubular push handles on both
ends. Cart shall have 4 each, 8" (207 mm) Lake-Glide®casters: 2 swivel lock and 2 with
