Specifications
Unit shall be of all-welded construction and shall accommodate 18” x 26” (457 x 660 mm) pans or 14” x
18” (356 x 457 mm) pans and trays. Corner upright legs and top and bottom frame shall be of .104 x
3/4” x 1-1/4” angle stainless steel. Pan/tray ledges shall be of 16-gauge stainless steel and shall be
welded to upright legs front and back. Top and bottom corner frame joints shall have 16-gauge
reinforcing gussets welded in place for extra rigidity. Unit shall have a 16-gauge 1/2” x 1/2” angle
stainless steel horizontal brace welded to upright legs at open ends front and back. Casters shall be 5”
(127 mm) diameter swivel stem type, mounted to corner legs for upright stability. Unit shall be NSF listed.
