IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using this appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. Remove attachments from the hand mixer before washing them.
3. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury, DO NOT IMMERSE THE CORD, PLUG OR MIXER UNIT
in water or any other liquid.
4 . This mixer is not intended for use by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
5. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
6. Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. The mixer will get warm so allow to
cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
7. Do not touch moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, spatulas and other utensils away from the
mixer during operation to reduce risk of injury to people and/or damage to the mixer.
8. Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug, or if the appliance has malfunctioned or been
damaged in any way.
9. The use of attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or
injury.
10. Do not use outdoors.
11. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or worktop, or touch hot surfaces.
12. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
13. To connect, always plug the cord into the wall outlet before switching on. To disconnect, push the
on/off switch to the OFF position, then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
14. Do not use the appliance for any other than its intended use.

OPERATION
1. Plug in the unit. The LCD panel display will not light up and the mixer will remain motionless.
2. Press the on/off button once and the mixer will operate at speed 1. The LCD display will show speed
1, and each press of '+' will register a higher speed number until speed 5 is reached.
3. Each press of the ‘-‘ button will decrease the speed until speed 1 is reached.
4. When in speeds 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, pressing the boost button will increase the speed to 6, which is the
highest speed. Once you release the boost button it will go back to the original speed.
