The automatic unit on a generic housing is fitted in the same way to each of these four elements. All that is required is for the hinges to be fitted using four M6 x 8 screws in the oblong holes intended for this use.

Fix each slider to the base plate using four M5 x 12 countersunk head screws and four M5 nuts.
The oblong holes on the base plate allow the depth to be adjusted more accurately.
There are two sliders per side.

Fit the base plate into the casing using two M5 socket pins and two nuts.
The four headless M8 screws on the base plate should now be used to adjust the stability and level of the casing.
The sliders are hidden on this drawing to enhance visibility.

Fix the two cross-members (left and right) from the interior of the casing using the interface's M6

The casing is fixed to the head using six CHC M6 screws. These are partly pre-tightened in the inserts in the metal sheet. The casing is then positioned using the key holes and the screws fully tightened once it is in position.

Second stage: Fitting the air blades
The blades are positioned between the casing and hydraulic part of the distributor. They are slid under the casing until they clip onto the positioning spurs. The blade is then fixed in position from the interior of the casing using two CHC M5 screws.

Once the base is fixed to the ground, the strengthener has to be fitted (with the flange upwards) using four M6 bolts.
The cover is then slid vertically along the base until it clips into the strengthener.

Third stage: Fitting the generic casing to the upright

VII. CABLING
The following drawing should be used for cabling the APL3 and the different components of the ALIM
CHAUFFERETTE SWITCH APL3 kit:

To fix these different components: the heater and thermostat must be within the APL3 casing on the
existing pins so that the hot air is not blown directly onto the thermal paper.
However, if there is not enough space in the casing, the cables are long enough to permit the DIN rail
with the power supply and switch and the rail with the condensers to be installed in the distributor's head.
It is possible to fit the 24 V power supply flat or on its edge depending on the available space. The APL3 uses a 230 V AC power supply and consumes a maximum of 204 W for 2 faces (maximum
current: 1.5 A).

VIII. END OF LIFE
The components must be consigned to companies that are specialised in eliminating and recycling
industrial waste, in particular:
Packaging: The packaging consists of biodegradable cardboard that can be consigned to companies that recover
cellulose.
Metallic parts: Metallic parts, such as ports and the supports in the various integration kits, whether painted or in
stainless steel, are normally recycled by companies specialised in scrap metal processing.
Electrical and electronic components:
Components such as the terminal, the printer or the power supply kit are considered as electrical and electronic equipment waste and must be eliminated by companies specialised in recycling electronic components.
Other parts:
Other parts, such as pipes, rubber seals and plastic parts, must be consigned to companies specialised in treating industrial waste.

The door opening limitation device is fixed to the free part of the locking pin between the two hinges on the generic door on one side and to the free pin on the interface or casing on the other side.
The cover is fixed using the holes located on the top of the casing.
The adhesive film must be removed first before positioning it on the top of the casing and tightening the nuts.

The strengthener is fixed using the M8 screws that are used to fix the casing to its support.
The raiser is attached to the ground at four points.
The pedestal is fixed to the raiser by four M10 screws.
The raiser allows the pedestal to be raised by up to 10 cm.

Two different bar code readers are available: 1D and 2D.
Both readers are attached to the frame of the generic door using the two M4 pins intended for this
purpose.
The bar code reader's cable must be connected to the automation unit's IJ8 terminal.

The optional camera is fixed to the interface using four screws.
This is done by removing the terminal's interface then removing the luminous strip and fitting the card camera.
It is fitted between the interface and the strip.
