Each Château range and cooktop is made by hand in the La Cornue atelier in France. Each piece
is a unique custom creation, built with a specific owner in mind. Ranges are built to a standard height
of 914 mm (36”). The legs are adjustable. The height of the range can vary from 912 mm (35.9”) to 928 mm
(36.5”). Custom heights are available by quote.

Flushed Backsplash (additional charge): Ideal for island applications, this may be ordered in 100 mm depth (Total Depth
700 mm) or 135 mm depth (Total Depth 735 mm). Note that the standard backsplash is raised 2" above the cooktop frame.
$800 for a seamed flush backsplash and $4,900 for a seamless flush backsplash.
Toe Kick: Stainless Steel Toe Kick is standard. A colored toe kick can be added to match the range. (See page 12 for pricing)

the burner, and diffusing outwards. Allows for multiple sauce pans above a single
indirect heat source.
