overview
As its name indicates it, Fuzzy Lady is to be classified in the family of
Fuzz. The effect Fuzz describes the sound obtained by the clipping of
the signal which presents a wave of square shape. Inspired by the Fuzz
Ultra, the Fuzzy Lady brings some of originality.
It has a volume control, a tone control and a drive control. The
mode selector has three positions Fuzzy, Buzzy and Screamy. Fuzz
mode works in the treble medium band of traditional fuzz. Buzzy and
Screamy modes are working on harmonics which provides very
interesting tones.
Like all Labo ★ K Effects pedals, the Fuzzy Lady is True By Pass. It
means that when the effect is not active, the device is completely disconnected
from the path of the signal and thus adds none résistive load in this one (The
accumulation of résistives loads on the path of the signal eventually decreases
the power and the brightness of the sound)
