This safety gate complies with ASTM F1004-13
Note:
The mis-aligment of the safety gate is NOT a design flaw.
This feature maintains tension against the door frame.

WARNING
1.Never leave child unattended. This product may not prevent all accidents.
2.Never use with a child able to climb over or dislodge the gate or enclosure.
3.To prevent serious injury or death, securely install gate or enclosure and use according to manufacture’s
instructions.
4.To prevent falls, never use at top of stairs,unless the enclosed mounting caps are installed
5.This product is intended for use with children from 6 to 24 months of age.
6.This safety gate shall not be fitted across window openings and the like.
7.Install this gate away from open flames and heat sources.8.The general condition of the safety gate should be
checked periodically to ensure security of attachment and freedom of locking device.
9.Do not use the safety gate if any components are damaged or missing.
10. Never use without Mounting Cups.

Installation and operation
1.Measure the width of the opening where you intend to install the gate. Please refer to the following diagrams (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E ) to
determine the correct installation configuration.

2.To use with extension frames, please follow the steps below.
a. insert the extension pins into the holes on the outside of the Gate Frame.
Note: the long ends of the pins go into the Gate Frame,
while the short ends go into the long ends of the Extension frames.
b. slip the extension frames over the pins.
c. slide the tension bolts with rubber pads completely Into the holes on the outside of the extension frames (2A)
