On a padded surface, assemble the two headboards
to the back panel in a upside down position.
Insert 4 barrel nuts (H) into the solid back panel (B)l,
then attach one headboard ( C) using 4 bolts and
washers (F & G)

Lay crib down on the side rail and place mattress
support
into position Insert four barrel nuts (G) into the barrel
nut seats located under the mattress support. Decide
which height position you want the mattress support

Folding-Gate
Bolt Knobs
Closing the folding-gate
Pull back both bolt knobs as you swing up the folding
gate
and release into the strike plate hole located on the
end panels. Make sure gate is securely locked in
position

Pull back both Bolt knobs and swing the folding gate
down.

Lay crib down on the back panel (B) and place mattress
support into position Insert four barrel nuts (H) into the
barrel nut seats located under the mattress support (D).
Decide which height position you want the mattress
support (D) to be (low, middle or high) See
“WARNINGS”. Attach mattress support (D) to the
intended position to the end panels (C) using four hex
bolts and washers (F & G).

Place the mattress (E) onto the mattress support (D )
CAUTION: Use only mattress provided by
manufacturer, which must be at least 38 inches long
by 24 inches wide and not more than 3 inches thick.
Care Instruction:
Acrylic glass requires extra special care, as they are
easily scratched by common glass-cleaning devices
or chemically damaged by glass-cleaning chemicals.
Use only products specially labeled as safe for acrylic.
Your crib may otherwise be cleaned, using a damp
cloth and ordinary mild domestic detergent. Do not
use abrasives

NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding.

! This crib including side rails must be fully erected prior to use.
! When child is able to pull to standing position, set mattress/base to
lowest adjustment position and remove bumper pads, large toys,
and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
! NEVER leave child in product with side lowered. Be sure side is in
raised and locked position whenever child is in crib
! NEVER place a crib near windows where cords from blinds or
drapes may strangle a child.
! Discontinue use of the crib when child is able to climb out or
reaches a height of 30 inches (762 millimeters), the child should be
placed in a youth bed.
! If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children's
products.
! Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or
covers are placed on top of crib. NEVER add such items to confine
child in crib.
! NEVER use a water mattress with this crib.
! Replace teething rail if damaged, cracked, or loose.
! Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety
of your child. When used for playing, NEVER leave child
unattended
! To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised
by your physician.
! CAUTION: Keep small parts and plastic bags out of reach of small
children
! NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress
covers not sold and intended for that purpose. They can cause
suffocation
!
WARNING! Strings can cause strangulation! NEVER

place items with a string around a child's neck, such as hood
strings or pacifier cords
! NEVER suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.
This crib conforms to applicable regulations promulgated by the
Consumer Product Safety Commission.
This crib meets new C.P.S.C. 16 CFR 1220 and
A.S.T.M. 406 Standards. (This crib also meets
A.S.T.M. 2710 Commercial Crib Standards.)

Before attaching the mattress support ( D) screw on
the 4 plate casters mounted casters(J) using 4 screws
(K) for each (J). Use
pilot holes as guides for placing. Use a phillips head
screw driver for this step.

Attach the front rail (A) using four bolts and washers
(F & G).
