EG-Maschinenrichtlinie.

und des Rates zur Angleichung der Rechts- und Verwaltungsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten
für Maschinen“ (Maschinenrichtlinie), Anhang I, Punkt 1.7.4.

1.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Keyboardtisch »Omega-E« dient als Auflage für Keyboards
und ist mit einer elektromotorischen Höhenverstellung ausgestattet.
Die Montage des Keyboardtisches muss unbedingt gemäß dieser Anleitung erfolgen.
Eine andere oder erweiterte Nutzung des Keyboardtisches gilt
als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und damit sachwidrig.
In diesem Fall kann die Sicherheit und deren Schutz beeinträchtigt werden.
Für hieraus entstehende Personen- und Sachschäden haftet
das Unternehmen König & Meyer GmbH & Co. KG nicht.
Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört auch:

1.2 Ziele der Bedienungsanleitung
Diese Bedienungsanleitung dient als Unterstützung und beinhaltet alle notwendigen Hinweise, die für die allgemeine Sicherheit, den Transport, Installation, Betrieb und Wartung beachtet
werden müssen.
Diese Betriebsanleitung mit allen Sicherheitshinweisen muss:

2. Sicherheitshinweise
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Der Keyboardtisch kann nur sicher verwendet werden, wenn
die Bedienungsanleitung komplett gelesen wurde und die darin
enthaltenen Anweisungen eingehalten werden.
Der Keyboardtisch ist nicht für die Nutzung durch kleine Kinder
oder geschwächte Personen ohne Aufsicht gedacht.
Wenn der Keyboardtisch sichtbar beschädigt ist, darf er nicht
verwendet werden.
Die Stromversorgung darf während des Betriebs nicht abgedeckt werden, um eine ausreichende Kühlung dieses Produkts
zu ermöglichen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich der Keyboardtisch inkl. Verkabelung frei bewegen kann, um Blockaden zu vermeiden.
Der Keyboardtisch darf nur mit dem mitgelieferten Netzteil verwendet werden.
Bei Weitergabe des Keyboardtisches an Dritte ist diese Bedienungsanleitung zu übergeben.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Benutzerhinweise
Personen, die nicht die nötige Erfahrung oder ausreichend
Kenntnis von dem Keyboardtisch haben, dürfen diesen nicht
benutzen. Körperlich und geistig behinderte Personen dürfen
den Keyboardtisch nicht verwenden, sofern sie nicht beaufsichtigt werden oder eine gründliche Einweisung zur Nutzung des
Tisches durch eine Person erhalten haben, die für die Sicherheit
dieser Personen verantwortlich ist.
Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden, um sicher zu gehen, dass
sie nicht mit dem Keyboardtisch spielen.
Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Anwenders dafür zu sorgen,
dass vor dem Betrieb des Keyboardtisches genügend Freiraum zur Verfügung steht. Der Keyboardtisch darf nur bewegt
werden, wenn dadurch keine Risiken für den Anwender oder
Nebenstehende entstehen.

Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor Inbetriebnahme des Systems
bitte genau durch und bewahren Sie diese zum späteren Nachschlagen sorgfältig auf.
Nagetiere sollten von elektrischen Betriebsmitteln und deren
Zuleitungen ferngehalten werden. Durch beschädigte Leitungen kann es zur Gefahr für Mensch und Tier kommen.
Die Sicherheitshinweise sind unbedingt zu beachten! Wird der
Keyboardtisch unsachgemäß betrieben, können Gefahren für
Personen und Sachgegenstände entstehen!

Beim Fahren des Antriebs ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Gegenstände (z.B. Möbel, Fenster, Kabel usw.) oder Körperteile
eingeklemmt werden! Bei jeder Bedienung hat der Benutzer
sich grundsätzlich davon zu überzeugen, dass sich keine weiteren Personen am Tisch aufhalten und der Verfahrweg frei von
Hindernissen ist. Zu nebenstehenden Gegenständen ist ein
Mindestabstand von 25mm einzuhalten, um Quetsch- und
Scherstellen zu vermeiden!
Bevor Sie den Keyboardtisch in Betrieb nehmen, überprüfen
Sie ob die Betriebsspannung des Systems der lokalen Stromversorgung entspricht. Der Tisch ist in Betrieb, sobald der Netzanschluss hergestellt ist.
Der Auffahrschutz ist kein Einklemm- und kein Personenschutz!
Aus physikalischen Gründen können „weiche“ Hindernisse nur
schlecht oder gar nicht erkannt werden! Im Falle eines
Auffahrens auf ein Hindernis ist es nicht auszuschließen, dass
das Hindernis beschädigt wird, da der Tisch mit
Nenngeschwindigkeit auffährt.
Belasten Sie den Keyboardtisch nur bis zur maximalen vollflächigen Last.
Öffnen Sie nie das Gehäuse der Steuerung oder des Netzteils.
Durch unbefugtes Öffnen des Gehäuses und unsachgemäßen
Reparaturen können Gefahren für die Benutzer entstehen und
der Garantieanspruch erlischt.
Bei Funktionsstörungen wie zum Beispiel Rauch-, oder Geruchsentwicklung, ungewöhnlichen Geräuschen oder bei sichtbaren äußerlichen Beschädigungen darf der Keyboardtisch
nicht weiter betrieben werden. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
Der Netzanschluss zur Netzsteckdose muss nahe dem Tisch angebracht und leicht zugänglich sein.
Elektrische Zuleitungen dürfen keiner Quetschgefahr, Biegeund Zugbeanspruchung ausgesetzt werden! Achten Sie außerdem darauf, dass die Kabel ausreichend lang sind.
Schützen Sie elektrische Bauteile vor Feuchtigkeit, Tropf- und
Spritzwasser.
Verlegen Sie die Zuleitungskabel nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen. Das Kabel kann durch die Wärmeeinwirkung beschädigt werden. Es besteht die Gefahr eines Brandes oder eines
elektrischen Schlages.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel nicht geknickt, eingeklemmt
und mit scharfen Kanten in Berührung kommen. Die Kabel dürfen außerdem nicht zur Stolperfalle werden.
Trennen Sie den Keyboardtisch bei längerem Stillstand bzw.
Nichtbenutzung von der Stromversorgung.
Fassen Sie die Stecker nie mit nassen Händen an. Wenn Sie die
Stecker aus der Steckdose herausziehen wollen, ziehen Sie immer direkt am Stecker (Achtung: manche Stecker sind mit einer Verriegelungsklinke gesichert). Ziehen Sie niemals am

Kabel, es könnte beschädigt werden. Transportieren Sie das
Gerät zudem niemals am Kabel.
Fassen Sie während des Betriebs nicht in den Wirkbereich der
Hubsäulen.
Den Keyboardtisch niemals einseitig aufsetzen, hierbei kann es
Beschädigungen an den Hubsäulen geben. Den Tisch auch niemals fallen lassen.
Zum Schutz gegen Überspannungen, wie sie bei Gewittern
auftreten können, empfiehlt sich die Installation eines Überspannungsschutzes. Lassen Sie sich hierzu von Ihrem Elektroinstallateur beraten.

Missbrauch
Die Antriebe dürfen nicht überlastet werden – dies kann zu Personenschäden oder Schäden am Keyboardtisch führen.
Verwenden Sie den Keyboardtisch nicht, um Personen zu heben. Setzen oder stellen Sie sich nicht auf den Keyboardtisch
(Verletzungsgefahr).
Nutzen Sie den Keyboardtisch nur in geschlossenen Räumen.

2.1 Geltungsbereich und Symbole

Es bestehen Gefahren bei Missachtung der Anleitung und aller
darin befindlichen Sicherheitshinweise.
Anleitung vor erster Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig lesen. Geforderte Sicherheitsbedingungen vor erster Inbetriebnahme erfüllen.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise und auch die in den anderen
Kapiteln eingefügten speziellen Sicherheitshinweise beachten.
Geltungs-bereich
Sach- und Personenschäden, die darauf zurückzuführen sind,
dass die in der Anleitung gegebenen Anweisungen nicht beachtet wurden, verantwortet der Besitzer oder die von ihm beauftragten Personen.
Störungen, die die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen könnten, sind
umgehend zu beseitigen.
Alle Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise an dem Keyboardtisch
sind zu beachten und ständig in gut lesbarem Zustand zu halten.

Bestimmungen der Unfallverhütungsvorschriften der Berufsgenossenschaften und die allgemein anerkannten Regeln der

2.1.3 Auffahrschutz
Der Auffahrschutz ist kein Einklemm- und kein Personenschutz!
Aus physikalischen Gründen können „weiche“ Hindernisse nur
schlecht oder gar nicht erkannt werden! Im Falle eines
Auffahrens auf ein Hindernis ist es nicht auszuschließen, dass
das Hindernis beschädigt wird, da der Tisch mit
Nenngeschwindigkeit auffährt.

Auffahrschutz
Wenn sich der Tisch in der Auf- bzw. Abwärtsfahrt befindet und
auf ein Hindernis trifft und erkennt, verhindert der Auffahrschutz die Weiterfahrt des Tisches. Wird ein Hindernis erkannt,
so wird die Weiterfahrt des Tisches gestoppt und automatisch
eine Umkehrfahrt eingeleitet (Differenz der Umkehrfahrt ca. 4
cm).
Nutzungshinweise
Anfahrt / Beschleunigungsphase: Nach dem Beginn einer
Fahrt können Hindernisse erst nach einer zurückgelegten Strecke von ca. 2 cm, nach Erreichen der Nenngeschwindigkeit, erkannt werden.

Belastung: Mit einem unbelasteten Tisch können Hindernisse
nur schlecht bzw. gar nicht erkannt werden. Um eine sicherere
Erkennung zu gewährleisten, sollte der Tisch mit einem Gesamtgewicht von mindestens 20 kg gleichmäßig belastet werden.
Weiche Hindernisse: Unter weichen Hindernissen verstehen
sich alle Arten von Hindernissen, die bei einem Auffahren zunächst nachgeben, wie dies z.B. bei menschlichen Körperteilen,
gepolsterten Stühlen usw. der Fall ist. Weiche Hindernisse können nur schlecht bzw. gar nicht erkannt werden.
Achtung! Im Falle eines Auffahrens auf ein Hindernis ist es nicht
auszuschließen, dass das Hindernis Beschädigungen erhalten
kann, da der Tisch mit Nenngeschwindigkeit auffährt!

Packen Sie die den Keyboardtisch mit allen Einzelteilen aus.
Versenden Sie den Keyboardtisch grundsätzlich in der Originalverpackung (so wie er geliefert wurde), damit dieser keinen
Schaden nimmt. Heben Sie hierzu die Verpackung auf.

Folgende Montageschritte sind auszuführen:
Vor Montagebeginn festlegen ob das Bedienteil rechts oder
links montiert werden soll! Je nach Seitenwahl das jeweils äußere Loch am Halteblech zur Befestigung verwenden.

Bedienteil an Querrohr montieren. Hierzu U-Scheibe
auf Sechskantschraube aufschieben à Schraube durch
Halteblech, Halterung bzw. Querrohr stecken à UScheibe auf Schraube schieben à Sicherungsmutter
aufdrehen und mit Hilfe beigelegter Schlüssel anziehen
à Schutzkappen aufstecken.
Ü
Zweite Seite (bis auf Halteblech) ebenfalls so verschrauben.
Ü
Fußplatten an Master- bzw. Slavesäule montieren.
Hierzu Säule(n) auf Oberteil stellen à Fußplatte(n) auflegen und mit beigelegtem Innensechskantschlüssel
verschrauben (Anzugsmoment max. 10 Nm) à Säulen
nach Montage ablegen.
Achtung: Die Säulen haben ein relativ hohes Eigengewicht und
müssen dementsprechend vorsichtig behandelt werden.
Im aufgebauten Zustand muss die lange Seite der Fußplatten
auf der Bedienerseite sein.
Mastersäule ist oben mit „Master“ gekennzeichnet und hat
mehr Steckbuchsen.

Hinweise
5.1 Inbetriebnahme
Vorsicht
Unabhängig von der Belastung darf die Einschaltdauer von
10 % (~ 6 Min./ Stunde) oder max. 2 Min. Dauerbetrieb
nicht überschritten werden, da dies zu einer Überhitzung des
Motors und der Steuereinheit führt.
Nach 2 Min. Dauerbetrieb muss der Keyboardständer 18
Min. abkühlen.
Eine Überschreitung der Einschaltdauer kann die Lebensdauer
des Keyboardtisches deutlich verkürzen.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme

Kontrollieren Sie den Keyboardtisch und sämtliche dazugehörige elektrische und mechanische Komponenten
auf Beschädigungen!

Stellen Sie sicher, dass das System gemäß der Montageanleitung installiert wurde.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Spannung am Netzteil
korrekt ist, bevor das System ans Stromnetz angeschlossen wird.

Die einzelnen Elemente des Systems müssen untereinander verbunden sein, bevor das Netzteil ans Stromnetz angeschlossen wird.

Der Keyboardtisch muss ggf. initialisiert werden. (Um
den Keyboardtisch zu initialisieren, fahren Sie ihn vollständig nach unten. Drücken Sie dazu das Bedienelement nach unten und halten Sie es gedrückt, bis die
Bewegung abgeschlossen wurde. Betätigen Sie dann
nochmals das Bedienelement nach unten und halten
dieses solange gedrückt (ca. 5 Sekunden), bis der Keyboardtisch eine leichte Bewegung nach unten und wieder nach oben gemacht hat, lassen Sie erst los, wenn
der Keyboardtisch sich nicht mehr bewegt. Wird zu früh
losgelassen, führt dies zu einer Fehlfunktion. Sollte dies
versehentlich passiert sein, müssen Sie den Vorgang
wiederholen.)

5.2 Bedienung über Bedienteil (DPG1C)
Das DPG1C ist ein Bedienteil mit folgenden Anwendungsmöglichkeiten:
- Auf/Ab-Funktion
- 4 Höhen-Speicherpositionen
- 3 Erinnerungsintervalle (Anregung zum Positionswechsel zwischen sitzen und stehen)
- Bluetooth®
- Display (Anzeige der Tischhöhe usw.)
- Nutzung des Keyboardtisches per App
Allgemeines
5.2.1 Funktionsweise
Das Bedienteil wird über einen Kippschalter betätigt. Drücken
und halten Sie das DPG1C nach oben, um den Keyboardtisch
hochzufahren; drücken und halten Sie das DPG1C nach unten,
um den Keyboardtisch nach unten zu fahren. Lassen Sie das
DPG1C los, wenn Sie Ihre
gewünschte Position erreicht
haben.

Speichern von Speicherpositionen
Speicherpositionen 1 und 2
Das DPG1C hat eine „Speichern“-Taste – symbolisiert durch einen Stern.
Fahren Sie den Keyboardtisch auf eine bevorzugte Position und
drücken Sie die „Stern“-Taste für 2 Sekunden. Die Lichtleiste
blinkt jetzt zweimal weiß, um anzuzeigen, dass der Speichervorgang läuft. Wenn die Lichtleiste statisch leuchtet, ist die Position gespeichert. Das Display zeigt die gespeicherte Position
mit einem Stern und der Positionsnummer an. Die Zahl im
Stern entspricht der Reihenfolge, in der die Positionen gespeichert wurden. Erste Position gespeichert: Ein Stern mit einer
„1“ in der Mitte. So werden die Speicherpositionen „1“ und „2“
gespeichert. Wenn der Anwender den Keyboardtisch in eine andere Position fährt und diese speichert, überschreibt er die
Speicherposition 1 oder 2, die der aktuellen Position am nächsten liegt.
Speicherpositionen 3 und 4
Das DPG1C verfügt über 4 Speicherpositionen. Wenn Sie die
„Stern“-Taste kurz drücken, zeigt das Display 4 Speicherpositionen an: Einen „Stern“ mit der Nummer daneben. Jetzt kann
der Anwender zwischen diesen 4 Speicherpositionen umschalten und auswählen, welche die aktuelle Position speichern soll.
Beispielsweise möchte der Anwender die aktuelle Position als
Speicherposition 3 speichern: Drücken Sie die „Stern“-Taste
und schalten Sie auf den „Stern“ mit der „3“ daneben um. Führen Sie nun denselben Speichervorgang wie oben beschrieben
durch: Drücken Sie den Stern für 2 Sekunden und die Position
wird gespeichert.
Anfahren von Speicherpositionen
Nach dem Speichern der Speicherpositionen können diese einfach durch Neigen des DPG1C angefahren werden. Neigen und
halten – wenn eine gespeicherte Position erreicht wurde, stoppt
der Keyboardtisch. Auf diese Weise kann der Anwender einfach
zwischen Stehen und Sitzen wechseln ohne auf das DPG1C zu
schauen. Während des Fahrens zeigt das Display im DPG1C die
Höhe des Keyboardtisches an. Wenn eine Position erreicht ist,

wird dies im Display durch den Stern und die Speichernummer
angezeigt.
Das DPG1C stoppt bei allen gespeicherten Positionen, was bedeutet, dass bis zu 4 verschiedene Positionen angefahren werden. Wenn der Keyboardtisch bei einer gespeicherten Position
stoppt, kann der Anwender das DPG1C für eine Sekunde neigen
und der Keyboardtisch fährt an der gespeicherten Position vorbei in die Richtung, in die gedrückt wird. Wenn der Keyboardtisch bei einer gespeicherten Position hält, kann der Anwender
das DPG1C loslassen und erneut drücken, um an der Speicherposition vorbeizufahren.
Anfahren von Speicherpositionen
(Automatisches Verfahren aktiviert über die Desk Con-
trol™ App)
Nach dem Speichern der Speicherpositionen können diese einfach durch Neigen des DPG1C angefahren werden. Durch doppeltes Drücken auf das DPG1C fährt der Keyboardtisch automatisch zur ersten Position in Neigungsrichtung. Betätigen Sie
einfach das DPG1C erneut, um das Fahren des Keyboardtisches
zu stoppen.

Speicherpositionen löschen
Durch Drücken der „Memory“-Taste für 8 Sekunden werden alle
gespeicherten Positionen gelöscht. Im DPG1C: Das Display
zeigt einen Countdown und die Lichtleiste blinkt rot, um anzuzeigen, wenn der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist.
Bluetooth® verbinden
Drücken Sie die Bluetooth® Taste in der Mitte für 2 Sekunden,
um den Kopplungsmodus zu aktivieren. Ein blaues blinkendes
Licht in der LED zeigt dies an.
Laden Sie die für Ihr Gerät geeignete Desk Control
App im App Store oder im Google Play Store herunter und koppeln Sie die App mit Ihrem Gerät:

Erinnerung
Einstellung des Erinnerungsintervalls
Das DPG1C hat auf der linken Seite eine „Erinnerungstaste“ –
symbolisiert durch eine Glocke. Durch Drücken dieser Taste
wird das Intervall eingestellt, wie oft Sie eine Erinnerung zum
Positionswechsel erhalten werden. Jeder weiße Block stellt ein
Intervall dar. Die drei Standardintervalle sind:
- Intervall 1: Erinnerung nach 55 Minuten Sitzen
- Intervall 2: Erinnerung nach 50 Minuten Sitzen
- Intervall 3: Erinnerung nach 45 Minuten Sitzen
Das gewählte Standardintervall erinnert nach 55 Minuten, was
bedeutet, dass der weiße Block leuchtet. Schalten Sie einfach
zwischen den Intervallen durch Drücken der „Glocke“-Taste
um. Wenn kein weißer Block leuchtet, ist die Erinnerung ausgeschaltet.
Durch die Apps ist es möglich, die drei Intervalle auf benutzerdefinierte Werte zu personalisieren.

Reset Erinnerung
Es ist möglich, die Erinnerung auf die Standardwerte zurückzusetzen, indem das „Glocken“-Symbol für 8 Sekunden gedrückt
wird. Die Lichtleiste blinkt rot, um anzuzeigen, wenn der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist.
Lichtleisten-Erinnerung
Die Lichtleiste ist eine dünne Linie mit einem LED Licht, das
durch die Oberfläche des DPG1Cs scheint. Die Lichtleiste zeigt
den Status des Keyboardtischnutzers an. Der Status hängt vom
gewählten Erinnerungsintervall ab. Wenn der Anwender die Position entsprechend dem Intervall in einer angemessenen Zeitspanne wechselt, pulsiert die Lichtleiste langsam grün. Wenn
das Sitz-Intervall abläuft, verwandelt sich das langsame, pulsierende Grün für eine Minute in ein schnell pulsierendes und
danach in ein statisches Orange – dies ist ein Hinweis für den
Anwender, den Keyboardtisch nach oben zu fahren und
Erinnerungsintervall zurücksetzen

aufzustehen. In der Stehhöhe pulsiert die Lichtleiste bis zu einer möglichen Pause grün. Wenn der Keyboardtisch wieder
nach unten in die Sitzposition gefahren wird, pulsiert die Lichtleiste grün, bis die Erinnerung wieder ausgeht.
Nach 4 Stunden ohne Aktion geht die Lichtleiste aus. Wenn das
DPG1C gedrückt wird, schaltet sich das grüne Licht wieder ein.
Bitte beachten Sie, wenn die Lichtleiste für Erinnerungen aktiviert ist, befindet sich das DPG1C nicht länger im ZERO-Modus,
solange das Licht eingeschaltet/aktiv ist.

Werkeinstellungen
Durch Drücken und Halten der „Speichern“ und „Erinnerungs“Taste für 8 Sekunden wird das DPG1C auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt. Die Lichtleiste blinkt dreimal rot. Wenn ein
Zurücksetzen auf die Werkseinstellungen durchgeführt wird,
setzt es das DPG1C zurück in den konfigurierten Zustand. Das
bedeutet nicht, dass alle im DPG1C-Konfigurator vorgenommenen Konfigurationen zurückgesetzt werden – nur die Einstellungen, die vom Endanwender direkt am DPG1C oder in der
App geändert wurden, werden gelöscht.

Display
Das DPG1C verfügt über ein OLED Display, das die Höhe während des Verfahrens des Keyboardtisches anzeigt und viele
weitere Texte als Benutzerführung.
Einstellen der Anfangshöhe des Keyboardtisches
Wenn die im Display angezeigte Höhe nicht korrekt ist, kann
die Höhe eingestellt werden. Drücken Sie die „Erinnerungs“und „Bluetooth®“-Taste am DPG1C gleichzeitig für 5 Sekunden; die Höhe im Display beginnt zu blinken. Wenn Sie das
DPG1C drücken, ändert sich die Höhe im Display, ohne dass
der Keyboardtisch bewegt wird. Drücken Sie das DPG1C nach
oben, um die Höhe zu vergrößern; Drücken Sie das DPG1C
nach unten, um die im Display angezeigte Höhe zu verringern.
Durch Drücken einer beliebigen Taste wird die Auswahl bestätigt oder warten Sie 10 Sekunden und die Bestätigung erfolgt
automatisch.
Wechsel zwischen Zentimeter und Zoll
Drücken Sie die „Speichern“- und „Bluetooth®“-Taste am
DPG1C gleichzeitig für 5 Sekunden; die aktuelle Maßeinheit
blinkt. Wenn beispielsweise CM blinkt und der Anwender auf
Zoll wechseln möchte, drücken Sie das DPG1C einmal. Jetzt
wird „Zoll (Inch)“ im Display angezeigt. Durch Drücken einer
beliebigen Taste wird die Auswahl bestätigt oder warten Sie 10
Sekunden und die Bestätigung erfolgt automatisch.

5.3 Bedienung über Desk Control App
Desk Control™ App
Desk Control ist eine App, die für Benutzer von Sitz-Steh-Tischen entwickelt wurde. Die App ermöglicht es dem Anwender,
sich über Bluetooth®-Funktechnologie in diesem Fall mit dem
Keyboardtisch zu verbinden und erinnert den Benutzer daran,
die Höhenverstellung zu nutzen. Durch das Herunterladen der
„Desk Control“ App, ist der Anwender einen Schritt näher in
Richtung Änderung des Sitzverhaltens und er erhält eine Erinnerung zum Aufstehen, um eine gesunde Routine in den Arbeitstag zu bringen. Über die App kann der Keyboardtisch auch
eingestellt werden und der Benutzer kann zu abgespeicherten
Speicherpositionen fahren. Die App ist in 8 Sprachen und für
zwei verschiedene Plattformen erhältlich: iOS für iPhones und
iPads und Android für Android Smartphones und Tablets.

6.1 Wartung und Reinigung

Durch Missachtung der Reinigungsanweisung des Herstellers
kann die Funktion des Keyboardtisches beeinträchtigt werden.
Bei der Reinigung alle gültigen Umweltschutzvorschriften einhalten.
Chlorhaltige und ätzende Reinigungsmittel sind nicht erlaubt.
Es darf keine Flüssigkeit in das System (Steuerung, Bedienteil,
Kabel und Gestell) gelangen.

Hat der Keyboardtisch das Ende seines Lebenszyklus erreicht,
ist bei seinem Abbau für eine sichere und fachgerechte Entsorgung, insbesondere der für die Umwelt schädlichen Teile oder
Stoffe zu sorgen. Dazu gehören u. a. Kunststoff-, Metall- und
Elektroteile.

keyboards and is equipped with electromotive height adjustment.
The keyboard table must be assembled in accordance with
these instructions.
Another or an extended use of the keyboard table is not
deemed as intended use and is thus improper.
In this case, safety and its protection can be impaired.

2. Safety instructions
General safety instructions
The keyboard table can only be used safely if the operating
instructions have been read completely and the instructions it
contains are observed.
The keyboard table is not intended for the use of young children
or impaired persons without supervision.
If the keyboard table is visibly damaged, it may not be used.
The power supply may not be covered during operation so as
to ensure adequate cooling of this product.
Ensure that the keyboard table, including wiring, can move
freely in order to prevent blockages.
The keyboard table may only be used with the power adapter
included.
If the keyboard is passed onto a third party, these operating
instructions must be included.

Persons without the necessary experience or sufficient
knowledge of the keyboard table may not use it. Physically and
mentally disabled persons may not use the keyboard table
without supervision or thorough instruction in the use of the
table by a person who is responsible for the safety of these
persons.
Children must be supervised in order to ensure that they do
not play with the keyboard table.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that enough free
space is available before operating the keyboard table. The
keyboard table may only be moved if this does not result in
any risks for the user or bystanders.

Rodents should be kept away from electrical equipment and
their cables. Damaged cables can result in hazards for humans
and animals.

is improperly operated, dangers may arise for persons and nonliving objects!

When operating the drive, ensure that no objects (e.g. furniture, windows, cables, etc.) or body parts become jammed!
With each use, the user must verify that no other persons are
located at the table and that the movement path is free of obstacles. A minimum distance of 25mm must be maintained
from adjacent objects in order to prevent pinch and strain positions!
Before you start up the keyboard table, check whether the operating voltage of the system corresponds to the local power
supply. The table is in operation as soon as it is connected to
the power supply.
The anti-collision protection is not meant for pinch protection
and personal protection! For physical reasons, “soft” obstacles
are difficult or impossible to detect! In the event of a collision
with an obstacle, it is possible for the obstacle to become damaged because the table is moving at nominal speed.
Only load the keyboard table to the maximum even load.
Never open the control or power adapter housing. Unauthorized opening of the housing and improper repairs can result in
hazards for users and will void the warranty.
The keyboard may not be operated further in the event of malfunctions, such as the emission of smoke or odor, unusual
sounds, or in the event of visible external damage. Pull out the
plug.
The power supply to the power outlet must be fixed close to
the table and be easily accessible.
Electric cables may not be subject to any danger of crushing,
bending or tensile stress! In addition, ensure that the cables
are long enough.
Protect electric components from moisture, dripping water, and
spraying water.
Do not run the power cable near heat sources. The cable can
be damaged by the influence of heat. There is a risk of fire or
electrical shock.
Ensure that the cables do not become kinked, jammed, or come
into contact with sharp edges. Moreover, the cables must not
become tripping hazards.
Disconnect the keyboard table from the power supply if put out
of service or not used for an extended period.
Never touch the plug with wet hands. If you wish to pull the
plug out of the power outlet, always pull directly on the plug
(note: many plugs are secured with a locking catch). Never pull
on the cable. This could damage it. Also, never transport the
device by pulling the cable.
Do not reach into the effective range of the lifting columns during operation.
Never set the keyboard table on one side. This can damage the
lifting columns. Never let the table fall.

As a safeguard against electrical surges, such as may occur
during thunderstorms, the installation of surge protection is
advised. Ask your electrician if you need advice.

The drives may not be overloaded - this can lead to personal
injury or damage to the keyboard table.
Do not use the keyboard table to lift persons. Do not sit or
stand on the keyboard table (risk of injury).

Prior to assembly, determine whether the control panel will be
mounted on the right or the left! Depending on the choice of
sides, use the respective outer hole on the retaining plate for
fastening.

Caution
Independently of the load, the switch-on duration of 10 %
(~ 6 min. / hour) or a max. of 2 min. of continuous operation may not be exceeded, as this will lead to overheating
of the motor and the control unit.
After 2 min. of continuous operation, the keyboard stand
must cool down for 18 min.
Exceeding the switch-on duration can significantly shorten the
service life of the keyboard table.

Only let the element go once the keyboard table is no
longer moving. If you let go too early, it will lead to a
malfunction. If this occurs by accident, you must repeat

The control panel is activated by means of a toggle switch.
Press and hold the DPG1C upwards to lift the keyboard table;

Storing positions
Memory positions 1 and 2
The DPG1C has a “Memory” button - symbolized by a star.
Move the keyboard table to a preferred position and press the
“star” button for 2 seconds. The light bar will now flash twice
to show that storage is in process. When the light bar is continuously lit, the position is stored. The display indicates the
stored position with a star and the position number. The number in the star corresponds to the order in which the positions
have been stored. First position stored: A star with a “1” in the
middle. This is how memory positions “1” and “2” are stored.
If the user moves the keyboard table to another position and
stores it, he overwrites memory position 1 or 2 depending on
which is closest to the current position.
Memory positions 3 and 4
The DPG1C has 4 memory positions. If you press the “star”
button briefly, the display shows 4 memory positions: A “star”
with the number beside it. Now the user can switch between
these 4 memory positions and select which should store the
current position. For example, the user wishes to store the current position as memory position 3: Press the “star” button and
switch to the “star” with the “3” next to it. Now carry out the
same storage process as described above: Press the star for 2
seconds and the position will be stored.
Moving to memory positions
After storing the memory positions, you can move to them easily by tilting the DPG1C. Tilt and hold – once a prestored position has been reached, the keyboard table will stop. This way,
the user can alternate easily between sitting and standing without looking at the DPG1C. While moving, the display in the
DPG1C indicates the height of the keyboard table. Once a position has been reached, this is shown in the display by the star
and the memory number.

The DPG1C stops at all prestored positions, which means that
the table will move between up to 4 different positions. When
the keyboard table stops at a prestored position, the user can
tilt the DPG1C for one second, and the keyboard table will
travel past the prestored position in the direction he is pressing.
When the keyboard table stops at a prestored position, the user
can let go of the DPG1C and press it again in order to travel
past the memory position.
Moving to memory positions
(Automatic movement activated via the Desk Control™
app)
After storing the memory positions, you can move to them easily by tilting the DPG1C. By pressing the DPG1C twice, the keyboard table moves automatically to the first position in the tilt
direction. Simple press the DPG1C again to stop the keyboard
table.

Connecting via Bluetooth®
Press the Bluetooth® in the middle for 2 seconds to activate
the pairing mode. This is indicated by a blue flashing light in
the LED.

Setting the reminder interval
The DPG1C has a “reminder button” on the left side – symbolized by a bell. Pressing this button sets the interval for how
often you receive a reminder to change the position. Every
white block represents one interval. The three standard intervals are:
- Interval 1: Reminder after 55 minutes of sitting
- Interval 2: Reminder after 50 minutes of sitting
- Interval 3: Reminder after 45 minutes of sitting
The selected interval reminder the user after 55 minutes, which
means that the white block lights up. Simply switch between
the intervals by pressing the “bell” button. If no white block
lights up, the reminder function is switched off.
With apps, it is possible to personalize the three intervals to
user-defined values.

It is possible to reset the reminder to the default values by
pressing the “bell” symbol” for 8 seconds. The light bar flashes
red to indicate that the process is complete.
Light bar reminder
The light bar is a thin line with an LED light that shines through
the surface of the DPG1C. The light bar indicates the status of
the keyboard table user. The status depends on the selected
reminder interval. If the user changes the position corresponding to the interval within an appropriate period of time, the light
bar slowly pulses in green. If the sitting interval expires, the
slow, pulsing green changes for one minute into a quickly pulsing orange and then to a continuous orange – this is an indication for the user to lift the keyboard table and stand up. At
standing height, the light bar pulses in green until a possible
break. If the keyboard table is moved downwards again to the

After 4 hours without any action, the light bar goes out. If the
DPG1C is pressed, the green light switches back on.
Please note that when the light bar for reminders is activated,
the DPG1C is no longer in ZERO mode as long as the light is
switched on / active.

Factory default
Pressing and holding the “Memory” and “Reminder” buttons for
8 seconds resets the DPG1C to the factory default. The light
bar will flash red three times. If the device is reset to the factory default, the DPG1C is reset to the configured state. This
does not mean that all the configurations made in the DPG1C
configurator are reset – only those settings that have been
modified by the end user directly on the DPG1C or in the app
are deleted.

The DPG1C has one OLED display, which indicates the height
while the keyboard table is in motion as well as many other
texts for user guidance.
Setting the starting height of the keyboard table.
If the height shown in the display is not correct, the height can
be set. Press the “Reminder” and “Bluetooth®” button on the
DPG1C simultaneously for 5 seconds; the height in the display
will begin to flash. If you press the DPG1C, the height in the
display will change without moving the keyboard table. Press
the DPG1C upwards to increase the height; press the DPG1C
downwards to decrease the height indicated in the display.
Press any key to confirm the selection, or wait 10 seconds and
it will be confirmed automatically.
Switching between centimeters and inches
Press the “Memory” and “Bluetooth®” button on the DPG1C
simultaneously for 5 seconds; the current measurement unit
will flash. For example, if CM is flashing and the user would like
to switch to inches, press the DPG1C once. Now “Inch” will be
shown in the display. Press any key to confirm the selection or
wait 10 seconds and it will be confirmed automatically.

The Desk Control™ app
Desk Control is an app that was developed for users of sit-stand
tables. Desk Control is an app developed for users of sit-stand
desks. The app allows the user to connect to the desk via Bluetooth® wireless technology and will now remind the user to
use the desk. By downloading the Desk Control App, the desk
user comes one step closer to changing the prolonged sitting
behavior and the user gets the friendly reminder needed to
build a healthy routine during the workday. Via the app, the
desk can also be adjusted and the user can drive to prestored
memory positions. The app comes in 8 languages and is available for two different platforms: iOS for iPhones and iPads and
Android for Android smartphones and tablets.
