- Bestandteil des Boxen-/Leuchtenstatives K&M 24610
- nachrüstbar auch für andere K&M-Stative mit Auszugrohrdurchmessern 30-35 mm:
- mit 3 Anschlagpunkten für Abspannseile
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
- Stativ muss ordnungsgemäß aufgestellt sein (Tragkraft, Untergrund etc.)
- Wirken Horizontalkräfte (z.B.Wind) auf des Stativ kann das die Standsicherheit beeinträchtigen. Gegenmaßnahmen sind z.B.
- Abspannungen oder das Anbringen von Gewichten im Fußbereich.
- Der Abspannring muss auf dem Stativ fest fixiert sein: Gewindestift so weit eindrehen, bis der Ring nicht mehr von Hand
- verschoben werden kann.
- Ordnungsgemäßes Abspannen des Stativs:
- - 3 Seile im Winkel von jeweils 120° abspannen (2 Seile oder gar nur 1 Seil bieten weniger Sicherheit).
- - Seile, Anker und Verbindungselemente auf Eignung (Qualität, Abmessungen) prüfen;
- - die drei für die Befestigung vorgesehenen Bohrungen der Abspannscheibe messen 10 mm.
- - Fachmännische Durchführung des Abspannens erforderlich.
- - Funktionsfähigkeit und Sicherheit des abgespannten Statives vor und ggf. während Benutzung prüfen:
- - Stativ lotrecht ? Abspannring so fixiert, dass er sich nicht verschieben kann? Seile stramm? Verbindungen und Anker fest?
- Gefahrzonen sind zu kennzeichnen bzw. abzusperren.
- Die Seile als solche können auch eine Gefährdung darstellen. Zur Kennzeichnung empfehlen wir die K&M Warnstreifen 21402.

B. MONTAGE des Abspannringes
a. VORBEREITEN des Abspannringes:
a. die Spitze des Gewindestiftes 2
a. darf nicht in die Bohrung des Ringes
a. hineinragen - ggf. mittels Schlüssel 3
a. den Stift entsprechend zurückdrehen.
b. AUFBRINGEN des Abspannringes:
1. Betr.: Stative 246/1, 21300, 21302:
1. Abspannring 1 über das Auszugrohr
1. schieben bis es an der Rohrverdickung
1. aufliegt.
2. Betr.: andere K&M-Stative (s.T.DATEN)
2. Mangels Rohrverdickung kann der Ring
2. an beliebiger Stelle des Auszugrohres
2. positioniert werden.
c. SICHERN des Abspannringes 1
- zunächst Position wählen (siehe b.)
1. Gewindestift locker anziehen.
2. Sobald die Spitze an der Rohrwandung
2. ansteht, genügt i.d.R. eine halbe Umdre-
2. hung mit demSechskantschlüssel 3 um

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG
PRÜFEN, INSTANDHALTEN, REINIGEN
a. Der Abspannring verfügt über drei Bohrungen im

SAFETY NOTES
- The stand must be set up properly (load bearing weight, surface etc.)
- Should horizontal forces (e.g. wind) affect the stand; this can negatively affect stand stability.
- Counter measures should be taken e.g. rigging or placing weight on the base.
- The clamping ring must be firmly affixed to the stand:
- The threaded pin is to be screwed in until it can no longer be moved manually.
- Proper rigging of the stand:
- - rig 3 lines at an angle of 120° respectively (2 lines or even 1 line provide less stability).
- - Check line, anchor and connection elements (quality and dimensions); The three drill holes for the rigging lines are 10 mm.
- - Expert setup of the rigging is required.
- - Check the functionality and safety/stability of the rigged stand prior and, if needed, during use:
--Is the stand plumb/vertical? Is the clamping ring set such that it cannot move/slip? Are the lines taught?
--Are the connections and anchors fixed?
- Please mark or block off danger zones accordingly.
- The lines themselves can also represent a risk/danger. We recommend K&M warning strips 21402 to mark the danger zone.

B. ASSEMBLY of the clamping ring
a. PREPARATION of the clamping ring:
a. the tip of the threaded pin 2 may not
a. peak through the drill hole of the ring
a. - if needed pull back the threaded pin
a. using the key 3.
b. PLACEMENT of the clamping ring:
1. Regarding: Stands 246/1, 21300, 21302:
1. Place the clamping ring 1 on
1. the extension tube up to where the tube
1. expands a bit.
2. Regarding: All other K&M stands (refer to
2. Tech. Data). If the tube does not expand a
2. bit - the ring can be positioned anywhere
2. on the expansion tube.
c. SECURE the clamping ring 1
- first select a position (see b.)
1. Tighten the threaded pin somewhat.
2. As soon as the tip reaches the tube wall,
2. a half turn of the hexagon key is usually
2. enough 3 to secure the ring
2. - PAY ATTENTION !
2. - The tip of the threaded pin 2 is within the
2. - tube. This ensures that the clamping ring
2. - is secure and fixed. The clamping ring
2. - can no longer be turned or removed
2. - manually.
2. - Check that the clamping ring is secure
2. - prior to and after installing the rigging
