24171 Boxenwandhalterung mit Platte

- Praktisch und flexibel - für Monitore und Lautsprecher

- Tragkraft: max. 15 kg.

- Boxengrößen: 115-250 mm tief, mind. 105 mm breit

- Ausrichtung: stufenlos verstellbar in Richtung (+/-50°) und Neigung (-20°)

- Aufnahme: die Platte wird der Größe der Box angepasst. Zwei Klemmschrauben sorgen für festen Halt
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

- Vor und nach Benutzung Halterung auf Schäden überprüfen. Beschädigte Halterungen dürfen nicht wieder eingesetzt werden.

- Nicht für Außen- und Feuchträume

- Örtlich gültige Befestigungsvorschriften beachten (evtl. abweichend von angegeben Beispielen)

- Montage nur an geeigneter Wand mit entsprechendem Montagematerial (nicht im Lieferumfang);

- Beispiele siehe unter Punkt 4, 5, 6. Setzanweisungen der Dübelhersteller bitte beachten.

- Ungeeignet sind Wände die zu schwach sind; ebenso ist auf Strom- und Wasserleitungen zu achten. Im Zweifelsfall einen Fachmann zu Rate ziehen.

- Montage nur durch ausgebildetes Installationspersonal

- Auf feste Schraubverbindungen achten, insbesondere bei Einstellung der Boxenneigung

- Es dürfen nur geeignete Lautsprecher und Monitore eingesetzt werden:

- Gewicht: max. 15 kg, Abmessungen: Tiefe 115-250 mm, Breite mind. 100 mm, Form: parallele Kanten, Kantenradien max. 5 mm)

- Zur Platzierung der Box werden 2 fachlich und körperlich geeignete Personen benötigt.

- Eine Person hält und sichert den Lautsprecher, während die andere Person die Ablageplatte einstellt, fixiert und die Box klemmt.

- Aufmerksame Handhabung erforderlich, da die Verstellmöglichkeiten Einklemmgefahren bergen

- Externe Einflüsse wie Stöße, Zerren, Erschütterungen, Wurfgeschosse, Wind stellen eine Gefährdung dar und müssen verhindert

- werden. Maßnahmen: Einhaltung von Sicherheitsabständen, Fernhalten von Unbefugten, ggf. Installierung von Sicherheitsseilen.

- Diese Anleitung informiert über alle wichtigen Schritte bei Aufbau und Handhabung. Wir empfehlen, sie auch für später aufzubewahren.

- Bei Wartungsarbeiten auf evtl. Gefährdungen achten

- Zur Reinigung am besten ein leicht feuchtes Tuch und ein nicht scheuerndes

- Reinigungsmittel benutzen.

3. GUMMISCHONER AUFBRINGEN

4. AUFBRINGEN und FIXIEREN des LAUTSPRECHERS

Ein Streifen mit vier selbstklebenden Gummischonern
(ø13 mm) ist dem Boxenwandhalter lose beigefügt.

7 Je nach Abmessung der Box werden diese auf die

7 Verstellplatte geklebt.

Beteiligte: ERSTE PERSON trägt und hält den Lautsprecher sicher fest, während die ...ZWEITE PERSON die Ablageplatte passend zum Lautsprecher justiert und fixiert:

18 Rändelschrauben so einstellen, dass beide Gewinde 12 Lautsprecher am vorderen Anschlag einpassen 14 ...Flügelmuttern unter der Platte nun fest anziehen.
18 mindestens 2 mm aus der Vierkantmutter herausragen 12 und an der Rückseite etwas Luft lassen. 15 Lautsprecher mittig ausrichten und...
19 Beide Rändelschrauben können übrigens seitlich 13 Verstellplatte ggf. korrigieren und... 16 ...durch Anziehen der Rändelschrauben diesen...

5. EIN- und VERSTELLUNG der NEIGUNG & RICHTUNG (nach Verstellungen IMMER Punkt 24 beachten)

5.1 NEIGUNG

a. Der Neigungswinkel des Ablageplatte

a. kann stufenlos eingestellt werden
a. von +3° bis -20°.

b. Der Lautsprecher verbleibt auf der Ablage.
c. Die Stellschraube 20 kann nur im

c. entlasteten, d.h. angehobenen Zustand
c. der Platte betätigt werden

5.2 RICHTUNG

Der Schwenkbereich der Ablageplatte beträgt bis zu +/-50°

- Only mount on suitable walls with the corresponding assembly material (not included in the delivery)

- Examples - see Point 4, 5, 6. Observe the placement instructions provided by the anchor manufacturer.

- Walls that are too weak or have electrical and water conduits are unsuitable. In case of doubt consult a qualified technician.

- Only use trained technicians to assemble the system.

- Ensure that the screws are tight and load-bearing, in particular as regards the setting of the loudspeaker angle.

- Only to be used with suitable loudspeakers and monitors

- The placement of the loudspeakers requires two physically fit qualified technicians.

- One person is to hold and secure the loudspeaker, while the other persons adjusts the tray, and clamps the loudspeakers securely into place.

- Careful and attentive handling is required when adjusting the stand - due to the possibility of pinching or wedging your hand.

- External influences such as bumping into the loudspeakers, brushing into the loudspeakers, things thrown at the loudspeaker, wind etc. represent a risk and must be

- avoided. Measures: Compliance with safety distances, keeping unauthorized persons at a distance, if needed put up safety cordons.

- The instructions provide directions to all of the important setup and handling steps. We recommend, you keep these instructions for future reference.

- In the event of maintenance pay attention to possible risks (wedging, possibility of

- being knocked into, ladder?)

- To care for the product, use a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent.

Loudspeaker Mount 24171 comes pre-assembled
and all that needs to be done is:
a. to mount it to the wall: Section 1. & 2.
b. and it must be adjusted to the loudspeaker: Section 3 & 4

4. PLACEMENT and ATTACHING the LOUDSPEAKER

A strip with four self-adhesive rubber protective disks
(ø13mm) are provided with the Loudspeaker Mount.

5. ADJUSTMENT and READJUSMENT of ANGLE AND DIRECTION (after adjustment has been completed ALWAYS follow Item 24)

5.1 ANGLE

a. The angle of the tray

a. can be adjusted variably
a. from +3° to -20°.

b. The loudspeaker stays on the tray.
c. The adjustment screw 20 can only be turned

c. if the loudspeaker is being held
c. so there is not torque on the screw

Technicians:
FIRST PERSON

- carries and holds the loudspeaker

- together with the tray

SECOND PERSON

- screws in the adjustment screw 20

19 Lift up the loudspeaker with the tray
20 Turn the adjustment screw to the approximate position
21 Carefully place the weight of the loudspeaker on the tray until it lines up with the adjustment screw

21 Repeat 19-21 if needed until the desired angle has been set.

5.2 DIRECTION

The swivel area of the tray is up to +/-50°

22 The swivel axis adjustment is stiff. The screw connection

22 does not need to be loosened.

23 Grab the loudspeaker and

23 the tray and swivel it in
23 the desired direction.

24 After each adjustment (Angle, Direction) of the

24 loudspeaker, check both clamp nut and knurled screws
24 to ensure that they are securely in place.
