BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Die beiden 400 mm langen Auflagerohre tragen
entsprechend tiefe Geräte auf der 2. Ebene
Sie ersetzen im Tausch die standardmäßigen
Auflagen (330 mm) des 18811 Aufsatzes
MERKMALE & FÄHIGKEITEN
- Tragkraft: 25 kg
- Ausbaufähig für dritte Ebene (= K&M 18822)
- verstellbar in Höhe, Neigung und Lage der Tiefe
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
- Max. Tragkraft: 25 kg
- HINWEIS: Die größere Tiefe der Auflage führt
- möglicherweise zur Verlagerung des Schwer-
- punktesder kompletten Installation nach hinten.
- Deshalb gilt es zu beachten:
- a. Reihenfolge beim Beladen:
- a. anfangs die 1. - dann die 2. - und zuletzt die 3. Ebene
- b. Reihenfolge beim Entladen:
- b. anfangs die 3. - dann die 2. - und zuletzt die 1. Ebene
- c. die maximale Tragkraft der 3. Ebene (18822) beträgt
- c. nunmehr 12 kg statt 15 kg
- Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise des Keyboard-
- ständers (»Omega« 18810, 18820) sowie des
- Aufsatzes (18811). U.a.:
- Rast-Klemmschraube stets fest anziehen
- Auf feste Verschraubung mit dem Stativ achten
- Auflagerohre b sind untereinander immer auf
- gleiche Höhe, Tiefe und Neigung einzustellen
- Auflagegummis a so platzieren, dass das
- Keyboard möglichst sicher und wackelfrei aufliegt.
AUFBAUANLEITUNG
1. BESTANDTEILE
Bitte Sichtprüfung vornehmen, ob alle Teile vorhanden
und soweit erkennbar in Ordnung sind
a Auflagegummis ø 20 x 5 mm, selbstklebend (4x)
b Auflagerohr 440 mm lang (2x)
c Abschlusskappe (4x)
d Gummischoner (Anschlag) (2x)
2. VORBEREITUNG des 18811 Aufsatzes
2.1 18811 Aufsatz ggf. am »Omega« befestigen.
2.1.1 Gewünschten Abstand der beiden Auflagen festlegen.
2.1.2 L-Grundrohre mittels Schloßschrauben, U-Scheiben
2.1.2 und Klemmmuttern an das Querrohr schrauben.
2.1.3 Zweites Aufsatzrohr in gleicher Weise montieren.
2.2 Bisherige Auflagerohre (330 mm) demontieren.
2.2.1 Die gelösten Schraubverbindungen aufbewahren.
3. MONTAGE der 18823 XL Auflagearme
3. am 18811 Aufsatz
3.1 Erstes Auflagerohr an den 18811 Aufsatz anlegen, wobei
3.1 auf die gewünschte Position der Tiefe (4 Möglichkeiten)
3.1 zu achten ist - siehe Kapitel 7. AUFLAGENTIEFE.
3.2 Die aufbewahrten Schraubverbindungen 2.2.1 ver-
3.2 wenden um das 18823 Auflagerohr mit dem 18811
3.2 Aufsatz zu verschrauben. Die Richtung der Schrauben
3.2 ist frei wählbar.
3.3 HINWEIS: nun das zweite Auflagerohr montieren, wo-
3.3 bei auf gleiche Tiefe (Pos. 1-1...4-4) beider Auflagen
3.3 zu achten ist. Unterschiedliche Tiefen stellen eine
3.3 Gefährdung dar!
4. MONTAGE des 18822 Aufsatzes (3. Ebene)
4. an den 18823 XL Auflagearmen
4.1 Hintere Abschlusskappen der XL Auflagerohre entfernen
4.2 Montage siehe Anleitung (Kap. 4) des Artikels 18822

4.3 HINWEIS: Aus Balancegründen reduziert sich die max.
4.3 Tragkraft des 18822 Aufsatzes von 15 kg auf 12 kg.
4.4 HINWEIS: der Einsatz des 18822 begrenzt die Tiefe
4.4 der 18823 XL Auflagearme auf max. 434 mm.

Vorgehensweise
FEHLERSUCHE (F) und BESEITIGUNG (B)
F: Aufsatz wackelt B: Rast-Klemmschraube 5.4 fest anziehen.
B: Schraubverbindungen 3.2 festziehen.
F: Keyboard wackelt B: Auszügen auf gleiche Höhe 5, Neigung 6 und Tiefe 8 einstellen
B: Position der Auflagegummis korrigieren 7 (01-09-019-55)
PRÜFEN, INSTANDHALTEN, REINIGEN
- Produkt vor und nach Benutzung einer Sichtprüfung unterziehen; beschädigte
Teile dürfen nicht eingesetzt werden bzw. erst nach einer Reparatur
- Wartung und Pflege nur im unbelasteten Zustand durchführen
- bei Wartungsarbeiten auf evtl. Gefährdungen achten (Stoßen, Klemmen etc.)
- zur Reinigung ein leicht feuchtes Tuch benutzen; keine scheuernden Reinigungsmittel

INTENDED USE
Both support arms with a length of 400 mm carry on
the 2nd level the corresponding equipment
They replace the standard support arms (330 mm)
of the 18811 stacker
FEATURES & CAPABILITIES

- upgradable for a 3rd level (= K&M 18822)
- adjustable in height, inclination and depth position
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Max. load capacity: 25kg
- NOTE: The greater depth of the support may possibly
- lead to a gravity shift of the entire installation.
- Therefore, it is important to observe the following:
- a. loading sequence:
- a. first the 1st - then the 2nd - and finally the 3rd level
- b. unloading sequence:
- b. first the 3rd - then the 2nd - and finally the 1st level
- c. the maximum load capacity of the 3rd level (18822)
- c. is now 12 kg instead of 15 kg
- Please observe the safety instructions of the keyboard
- stand (»Omega« 18810, 18820) as well as those of
- the stacker (18811):
- Always tighten the locking clamping screw
- Ensure that the screw connection is tight
- Support arms b should always be adjusted to the
- same height, depth and inclination
- Place the rubber supports a so that the keyboard
- is secure and wobble-free, as possible.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. COMPONENTS
Please carry out a visual check that all parts
are present and, as far as recognisable, in order
a rubber pads ø 20 x 5 mm, self-adhesive (4x)
b support tube 440 mm long (2x) (2x)
c end cap (4x)
d rubber protector (stop) (2x)
2. PREPARATION of the 18811 stacker
2.1 Fasten the 18811 stacker to »Omega«, if necessary.
2.1.1 Predefine the desired distance between the
2.1.1 two supports.
2.1.2 Screw L-base tubes onto the cross tube using
2.1.2 carriage bolts, washer and clamping nuts.
2.1.3 Mount the second attachment tube in the same way.
2.2 Disassemble the previous support tubes (330 mm).
2.2.1 Keep the loosened screw connections.
3. ASSEMBLY of the 18823 XL support arms
3. to the 18811 stacker
3.1 Place the first support tube against the 18811 stacker
3.1 whilst observing the desired depth position (4 possibi-
3.1 lities) - see chapter 7. DEPTH OF ATTACHMENT.
3.2 Use the retained screw connections 2.2.1 to screw
3.2 the 18823 support tube to 18811 stacker. The screw
3.2 direction is choosable.
3.3 NOTE: now mount the second support tube,
3.3 paying attention that both supports have the
3.3 same depth (pos.1-1 ... 4-4)
3.3 Different depths represent a hazard!
4. ASSEMBLY of the 18822 stacker (3rd level)
4. to the 18823 XL support arms
4.1 Remove rear end caps of XL support arms
4.2 For assembly see instructions (chap. 4)
4.2 of article 18822 stacker
4.3 NOTE: For balancing reasons the maximum load
4.3 of the 18822 stacker is reduced from 15 kg to 12 kg.
4.4 NOTE: The use of the 18822 stacker limits the depth
4.4 of the 18823 XL support arm to a max. of 434 mm.

Procedure
FAULT FINDING (F) and REPAIR (R)
F: Stacker wobbles R: Tighten the spring-loaded clamping knob 5.4.
R: Tighten screw connection 3.2.
F: Keyboard wobbles R: Adjust the support to the same height 5, inclination 6 and depth 8
R: Correct the position of the rubber pads 7 (01-09-019-55)
CHECK, MAINTAIN, CLEAN
- Visually inspect the product before and after use;
damaged parts are not be used or only after repair
- Maintenance and care should only be carried out when not under load
- Pay attention to possible hazards during maintenance work (bumping, jamming, etc.)
- Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning; do not use abrasive cleaning agents

7.1 Rubber pads a must be placed on each of the two support tubes.
7.1 Pull off the adhesive foil and press on the desired position.
7.2 Position and spacing depends on the size of the keyboard and should be cho-
