During the pair ing process, press b utton “A” on the
lock interior once.
Removing the lock from the network
Follow your smart h ome system’s instruc tions to
remove the lock from t he network. When p rompted
by the system, pre ss button A” on the lock inte rior
once.

ZWave System Notes
In order to fully uti lize this product, you mu st have a ZWave controller compatib le with door locks. ZWave
is a “Wirele ss mesh network,” and re sults may vary based o n building construc tion and communica tion
path, with 35 fee t+ being typical ins talled distance fro m smart home control ler. It may be necessary
to install addi tional ZWave beaming capabl e devices that can ser ve as repeaters to enhan ce the
communicati on path between the lo ck and controller for a mo re robust ZWave network.

Factory Reset
A factory rese t will restore the lock to fac tory default settin gs and remove the lock from yo ur smart home system .
1 Remove battery p ack. 2 Press and H OLD the Program button
while reinser ting the battery pa ck.
Keep holding th e button for 30 secon ds until
the lock beep s and the status LED las hes red.

3 Press the P rogram button once more . When
the LED lashe s green and you hear two b eeps,
the lock has be en reset.
4 Perform the do or handing process a gain to
teach the lock th e orientation of the doo r, and
pair the lock wit h your smart home syste m.
