What is the diameter of the hole in the door?

Diameter is 2-1/8" (54 mm). Diameter is 1-1/2" (38 mm).

Door is 1-3/8" (35 mm) thick. Door is 1-3/4" (44 mm) thick.
Use the shorter, silver screws.
