Introduction
We are really pleased that you have chosen our Water Boiler of PU Series,
and we are very sure that you have made a correct decision. Before your use
it, please read the following instructions carefully.
Warnings & Precautions
The following warnings and precautions must be observed.
☆ Never immerse the machine in the water. If the machine has been soaked,
it must be dried and checked by specialist before using it again.
☆ Before installation, you should read the technical data
☆ When the machine is in use, some parts of the machine are very hot. Be
sure does not to touch the hot parts.
☆ User should stay in the vicinity of the machine while machine is in
operation.
☆ Please unplug the Cord, when the Machine is being not used.
☆ In the following pages, all the important items are marked by【◎】for your
attention.

Recognizing the Machine
Please check the following Packing List before installation.
【1】Lid of Urn
【2】Urn Body
【3】Level Indicator
【4】Faucet

【8】"RESET" Button after Over Heat
Operation Instruction
Please operate as the following:
1. Maker sure the Temperature Controller 【7】set at
“0”
position.
2. Fill cool water into the Urn to bill at least half of total capacity of the Urn
3. Cover the Lid【1】back to urn.
4. Plug the Power Cord into electric outlet.
5. Turn the Power Switch【6】
"
ON", and the Switch 【6】will be lights up to
indicate the power is connected.
6. Turn the Knob of Controller 【7】to the temperature that you willing prefer.
7. The Indicator Lamp【5】will be light up, the water in the urn start to heat up.
8. .When the Indicator Lamp 【5】lights off, the brewing process is completed.
An urn of hot water now ready to be served.
9. When the temperature cool down about 5~10 degree C than the number
that you setting, the System will re-start to heat up automatically and the
Indicator Lamp【5】will be lights up again.
10. If user set the Knob of Controller 【7】beyond (or very close) the Number
of 100, the machine will be always maintain in “Boiling State” AND WIIL
NOT STOP until user turn the Power Switch【6】off or turn the Knob of
Controller 【7】away from the rated of 100 (or beyond 100).
【◎】Do not touch the outside of the appliance during use! IT IS HOT!!!

Maintenance
g Cleaning
It is important that the Machine and its accessories be kept clean after using.
For dirt or smudges on the Machine, it is better to clean them with a soft damp
cloth, and if necessary, with a non-corrosive and/or non-abrasive detergent or
cleaner.
g De-sediments
On areas on the Heating Element, hard water will cause chalk and limestone
will to accumulate over time. To keep it in the best condition and prolong the
life of machine, we recommend to De-sediment when you find there are scale
sediments at the bottom of the machine.
1. Pour 200-ml fresh lemon juice or condensed lemons juice on the Heating
Element at the bottom of the Urn.
2. Wait for 5~6 minutes to allow the lemon juice to run through the sediments.
3. You may use a brush with soft bristles to brush the Heating Element lightly
and gently.
4. Repeat steps 1~3, until limestone is removed.
5. Use a dry cloth to wipe the lemon juice away.
6. Pour some clean water into the Urn, brush the Heating Element lightly and
gently until there is no more lemon taste and smell.
7. The machine can again be used.
g "RESET" Button
In case if there are boil dry state happened and causing the element
overheat, the "RESET" Button will cut the power off compel.
Due to the safety reason, before the Urn to be reuse again, user have to
PUSH the "RESET" Button【8】once, if any.
