Warranty Details

The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 36
months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal
use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The benets conferred
by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the
consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory
laws.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any
other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.

Safety Instructions

Read this manual thoroughly before rst use, even if you are familiar with this type of product.
The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of re, electric shock and injury when
correctly adhered to. Please keep this user manual in a safe place along with your purchase
receipt, warranty card and carton for future reference. If applicable, pass these instructions and
packaging on to the next owner of the appliance. Always follow basic safety precautions and
accident prevention measures when using an electrical product.

Electrical Safety and Cord Handling

1. Before turning on the Super Blend 1000, ensure the electrical voltage and frequency of the
circuit corresponds to those indicated on the rating label of the product.

2. To protect against re and electric shock, do not immerse this appliance, cord set or plug in
water or any other liquid.

3. Do not use an extension cord unless completely necessary with the Super Blend 1000. If an
extension cord is used, please ensure that it has a rating equal or exceeding the rating of this
product.

4. Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on the cord, or pull cord
around sharp edges or corners. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

5. Do not bend or damage the power cord.

6. Never force the plug into an outlet.

7. Always unplug the Super Blend 1000 when not in use. To disconnect from the power supply,
grip the plug and pull from the power outlet. Never pull by the cord. The power plug must
be removed from the power socket before cleaning, servicing, maintenance or moving the
Super Blend 1000.

8. Do not move or lift the Super Blend 1000 while the power cord is still connected to the power
outlet or still on. Always ensure it is switched o and has cooled down before moving.

9. Do not use the Super Blend 1000 if the plug, cord or the Super Blend 1000 itself is damaged.
Please contact our After Sales Support line for further advice.

10. Unless your home is already tted with a residual current device (safety switch), we
recommend installing an RCD with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA to
provide additional safety protection when using electrical appliances. See your electrician for
professional advice.

Usage Conditions and Restrictions

1. The Super Blend 1000 is intended for indoor household use only and not for commercial
purposes.

2. Do not use the Super Blend 1000 for other than its intended use.

3. The Super Blend 1000 is not a toy. Supervise young children to ensure they do not play with
this product.

4. The Super Blend 1000 is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible
for their safety.

5. Do not leave the Super Blend 1000 unattended when plugged in. Always switch o and
unplug when you are not using the Super Blend 1000.

6. Do not operate or place any part of the Super Blend 1000 on or near any hot surfaces (such as
a gas or electric burner, or a heated oven).

7. Do not cover the appliance whilst in use.

8. This unit has no user-serviceable parts contained within. Do not attempt to repair,
disassemble or modify the Super Blend 1000.

9. Improper installation or misuse of this appliance may result in the risk of re, electric shock or
injury to person.

10. The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damage caused by improper or faulty
use.

11. The use of attachments not sold or recommended by the manufacturer may cause re or
electric shock or injury.

12. The Super Blend 1000 is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or any
type of separate remote control system.

13. Do not place the Super Blend 1000 against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least
10cm of free space around the appliance.
