3 Overview
The Kramer FC-4 RGB to Component Video Converter is a high quality converter for converting RGB on a 21-pin RGB - SCART connector5 to component video (Y, CB, CR; or Y, B-Y, R-Y; or YUV).

Video, Audio, VGA/XGA Processors; GROUP 4: Interfaces and Sync Processors; GROUP 5: Twisted Pair Interfaces;
GROUP 6: Accessories and Rack Adapters; GROUP 7: Scan Converters and Scalers; and GROUP 8: Cables and Connectors
2 Note that the unit does no scaling. The output resolution remains the same as in input resolution
