Introducción

El comprobador es un instrumento de medida portátil de pequeño tamaño.

Se utiliza principalmente para comprobar SMD (Dispositivos de montaje supercial) como

resistencias, condensadores o diodos en placas electrónicas. Además, también tiene la

función de comprobación de continuidad. El comprobador identica automáticamente

el componente que está midiendo. Por lo tanto, la medición se realiza tras la detección
automática.
El comprobador se ha diseñado para cumplir la norma IEC1010-1 y los requisitos de grado
de contaminación 2. Se ajusta al requisito de la Unión Europea: la regulación CE 89/336
(compatibilidad electromagnética EMC)

Toda la supercie exterior del comprobador se ha fabricado con plástico termo elastómero

y las dos puntas están chapadas en oro, por lo que se reduce la resistencia de contacto y
previene la oxidación de las mismas.
Este manual de instrucciones informa sobre los procedimiento seguros y de precaución, por
lo que, por favor, léalo detenidamente y respete todas las advertencias y normas.
Compruebe el instrumento y los accesorios minuciosamente antes de usarlo. Contacte
con su proveedor si el comprobador o alguno de los accesorios está dañado o funciona
erróneamente.

Aunque el comprobador no se usa para medir tensión o corriente DC/AC, puede haber
situaciones peligrosas que deben tenerse en cuenta:

• Inspeccione que el aparato está en buenas condiciones. No use aparatos dañados.

• Inspeccione los brazos de las puntas y las puntas chapadas en oro.

• No use el comprobador a modo de pinza para evitar que se rompa.

• No aplique una tensión externa entre las dos puntas.

• No use en ambientes con polvo, humo o vapor.

No use el comprobador en circuitos activos.

Introduction

The tester is a handheld and battery operated very convenient small tool that is specially
used to measuring SMD (Surface Mounting Device), there are chip type resistor, Chip type
capacitor and diode, for example.
Moreover, the Tester have the continuity checking function the tester is automatically

identied the passive component as has been indicated above.

Therefore, the measurement are allowed by fully automatic detection. the tester is designed
to meet IEC 1010-1 standard and Stipulation of 2-Pollution Grade. The tester conform to
the European Union’s following Requirement: CE regulation 89/336 (EMC Electromagnetic
Compatibility).
The entire outer surface of the tester case has been with thermo platic elastomer, and the
two testing pins has been gold-plated, so that it is reduce pin contact resistance and prevent
to get rusty.
This operating instruction covers information on safety and caution, so please read relevant
information carefully and observe all the warning and note strictly.
Check the meter and accessories thoroughly before using the meter. Contact your local
distributor if the meter or any components are damaged or malfunction.

Safety Note

The following safety notes should be observed prior to using this tester and any associated
accessory.
Although the tester do not used to measuring DC/AC Voltage or Current, but there are
situations where hazardous condition may be present:

• Inspect the tester case before using. Do not use damaged device.

• Inspect the Pin Holder and Pin gold-plated state.

• Do not attempt use the Tester as tweezers to prevent the pint tip from damage.

• Do not apply external voltage between the two pins.

• Do not used in the environment with explosive gas, vapor or dust.

Never use the Tester on alive circuits.

Replacing the battery

When meter display

• Open the battery cover on the bottom case by screwdriver.

• Remove old battery and snap new one into battery holder.

Note:

Lithium Battery type: 3V CR2032

Cleaning

The meter can be cleaned with soft clean cloth to remove any oil, grease or grim.
Do not use liquid solvent or detergent.
